    Would you use the agent again? No

    Be very wary of this agency. Not only did they charge over 500 pounds/week for a one bedroom property in but the property didn't even include basics such as a couch, kitchen utensils, etc. The first day the apartment wasn't even heated. The landlord of this property then tried to "nickel and dime," the inventory check out and rather than go through ADR to resolve the issue, they rejected it. They are also not part of ARLA, etc member associations, which should signal something. They have staff that works part time hours and are very unresponsive to email or phone calls. Jeremy offloads all email correspondence to the staff and doesn't answer tenant emails. Very poorly run organization that is NOT protecting the tenants. I would NOT recommend this agency.
