Jennie Wood was really friendly when we put in an offer for the property which we now own. It took her ages to complete the deal and we didn't have our key to the letter box until a few weeks after we moved in. We had to chase after her for all the nitty gritty things which her reply had been curt and rude. She lacks property knowledge and could not provide answers regarding the property she showed us. The reason the property was even sold was because of the good property and not her own merit.
