SPECTACULARLY USELESS!
1 viewing in 8 weeks. Promised editorial in Property Guide and a premium listing on Rightmove, neither of which materialised.
When I complained about being misled they just ignored all my emails. Jeffries made absolutely no attempt to resolve the problems.
These cowboys in my view are anything but professional, and have no concept about the importance of honouring promises and maintaining good customer relationships. The rules are simple - IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER, DON'T COMMIT, and IF YOU MESS UP, DEAL WITH IT DON'T RUN AND HIDE.
I wouldn't use them again if my life depended on it.

in the 2 months we were with Jeffries they got us 2 viewings, 3 if you include 2nd viewing from one couple. I accept the market is tough but as soon as we switched to another agent we were on 2 per week.
The real problems began when we changed agents. Jeffries delisted our property as the contract instructed, however a week later they began advertising it again. I called the Head Office number on their site, was assured it would be removed and nothing. Called again the following day and again assured would be removed withn th hour. I did not sell through them. I had to chase them constantly for feedback and infomation. I was lied to about a buyer, and even when I confronted them they denied it. Even a complaint to the MD did not get a response.
