James Chiltern is an excellent firm to deal with, they are very professional, personable and have been letting my properties for a number of years. Recently I signed up for their Management Services and they are by far the best agent I have dealt with. I will highly recommend them for sales, lettings and management.

I spent a lot of time looking for a property to rent in Croydon. James Chiltern were extremely helpful in finding exactly what I wanted.
They listened to my needs and found the ideal property.
Relaxed but profesional, the process of renting and moving in was as smooth a sit could have been.
Now moving out of the area, due to job relocation, had there been a James Chiltern in the area I am moving too, I would have used them again.

The person I dealt with called was Ayyaz, I think he is very professional in dealing with customers requirements. I turned down so many properties but he was always happy to show me more places and as a result I found my perfect place. I would highly recommend this company. I would like to thank everyone at James Chiltern.

This is the worst letting agent i have used in over 10 years of private renting.They need to improve in many ways.Ensuring the properties they let are properly clean,safe and habitable and keeping their agreements are just two examples.If they raised their standards,the staffs polite manner would come across as more genuine.I hope this review is constructive to both agent and prospective clients.

James Chiltern is an excellent residential lettings agent in and around Croydon. We have been staying in one of their managed properties since 2007 and to date we have had no issues at the property. Their properties are well maintained and managed. The contractors that work for them provide professional services for small job works. I recommend this agent to all landlords who wish to let their properties and all tenants who wish to seek good, safe and habitable properties.
