I asked JB Graham how much rent we should expect to charge for a residential property. She said that it all depended on how much we needed. For instance, she said, if we had inherited the house we need not charge much rent, but if we needed to cover a large mortgage we would have to charge more.
She agreed to find us a tenant. 18 months later we have never heard from her. We quickly found our own tenant. They had enquired at JB Graham, but had not been told about our property.
