   I would like to express my gratitude to Roy, Keith and Mark Wilson who enable me to find and move to 32 Robin Place in a such short notice. Roy showed great commitment in finding an accommodation and liasing with the landlord and updating me nearly on daily basis. Further Keith had undertaken sorting out all he necessary legal paperwork with a great level of professionalism and knowledge. Lastly I would like to mention and say big thank you to Mark Wilson,the mortgage advisor at Isis, who has advised me on number of mortage products in the past 5 years and also has put a word in for me...
   I have now had the pleasure of meeting also Amie, Jack and other members of Isis team all of them are always ready to help and assist.
   I would like to wish many happy customers and only the best in the future.

   Amiee was absolutely brilliant, she was really friendly and helpful, we had not let a property before and she led us through everything with complete ease. Amiee took great photos of our property, after being on Rightmove for only a few hours we had a lot of interest. Our property had been empty for a while and within less than a month from meeting Amiee and her putting it on the market for lettings, we have a great tenant who has already moved in. I also found Lucy Fidler (ARPM) very helpful and accommodating, and she kept us informed during the whole process.

   I would thoroughly recommend using ISIS for any lettings or for selling a property.

   I wanted to say that the whole experience of dealing wiht iSiS was fantastic. I viewed the property on Easter Monday when all the other agents were closed. Keith Howard picked me up and dropped me home, what great service. I found him to be very professional and above all went out of his way to help me out. I would have no hesitation in using iSiS again and wish there were more agents like Keith! Thank you so much!

   I have used this agent for both the selling and purchase of my last two properties. I find them without doubt the most professional and successful agent in the area. I was given realistic , sound advice and their marketing resulted in a sale within a day. My purchase was stress free and truly felt the agent did everything possible for me to achieve the best deal I could.

   iSiSwere very Professional. Very clear from their Broucher. Very Pro Active with Excellent Comunication.
   Very Transperent. I must admit they made my buying experience much pleasent. Steven had complete knowledge of area and allways responded positively. Roy was very supportive as well. I must admit I bought few properties thorough life time and I must say this is what good look likes. iSiS come up with some very innovative way the way they presented property.

   Isis was the third agent we went to, the first two didn,t manage to get anybody through the door in over six months, so by the time we switched to ISIS we were fairly disillusioned with the whole process. As soon as ISIS took over a professional photographer turned up, not the agent with his digital camera as both the previous agents had done, and within ten days we had had lots of viewings and a buyer.

   ISIS were an absolute pleasure to deal with, friendly, efficient and professional at all times. Jack Dicker handled our sale and he always kept us informed and totally up-to-date on matters. On our first meeting with them they told us they would sell our property in three weeks, in fact they sold it in two!!!! We would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone ....... 10/10 First Class service !!!!

   I was very impressed with ISIS both from a sales and lettings perspective. As a landlord I need an honest opinion on how my flat will perform and what I need to improve to ensure tenant retention, I got this from ISIS.
   I also noticed ISIS worked hard for both parties ensuring I had the necessary checks in place and the potential tenants had theirs.
   Finally, they always kept me up-to-date either by phone or Email and when the offers came in they did not encourage me to jump but waited until I considered the tenants ideal. Overall process was slick, easy and thorough.

    The agents had a very professional approach to selling property in ou area. After trying two other, larger agencies, it was like a breath of fresh air.

    The advice they gave wasn't easy to swallow, but we could see the sense in it and the outcome proved the point.

    Throughout the sale, they were always there to advise, recommend and assist us with any of our requirements, big or small.

    Jack Dicker, who appeared to be our designated advisor, was so attentive to our requirements that we feel he deserves special mention, but this should in no way detract from the excellence of the entire team.
