   I met Amiee on several occasions whilst looking for a family home in staines. Nothing we asked was ever too much and on more than one occasion evening viewings were made outside of normal working hours with short notice given. Each time we met amiee we were provided with a polite, professional and knowledgable service. To her credit it is very evident Amiee has a passion for her job and derives enjoyment from the work she does. We eventually purchased a property from a competitive firm, however, despite this Amiee wrote an email suggesting we had made a good purchase and wishing us the best. We were very impressed with Amiee and as reward for her efforts have given her the opportunity of letting our second property to the market.

   Nice people, honorable and trustworthy local, independent business. I travel with work and they took the whole process off me making it a stress free experience as a landlord renting for the 1st time. Met several agents in Staines, none demonstrated the same level of care and competence as Isis.

   Excellent service from start to finish. Keith is not only professional and knowledgeable but incredibly trust worthy which as a Landlady I have found very pleasing indeed! With many years of dealing with agents I can honestly say I will look no further! Nothing has been too much trouble and speed of response first rate. I actually no longer dread the day the tenant announces they are leaving as I now know with Keith's help not only will I find excellent tenants but the whole process will be painless even dare I say it - enjoyable!!    I have dealt with Isis Estate Agents for a number of years and have always found the staff helpful, pleasant and nothing is too much trouble but Keith Howard is not just your average agent. He is the most helpful and considerate person. Nothing is too much trouble, Keith goes out of his way and does everything he can to ensure a smooth transaction and in a time of crisis...when a prospective tenant drops out at the last minute .... Keith becomes a super hero and finds one within hours!!. He always maintains the utmost professionalism, and is always friendly, Keith is always at the end of a phone or computer to alleviate any anxious moments and always more than willing to help resolve any problems. I truly cannot thank Keith and Isis Residential enough, and I look forward to dealing with them in the future. Many thanks Keith :)

   We're very glad we chose Steve Johnston and the team at ISIS to market our property. An open day was suggested by Steve and made successful by Aimee's planning and execution. We received 2 acceptable offers within a week.
   Having quickly got the price we wanted Matthew Saunders was then brilliant with his proactive communication which was essential as our sale got delayed due to us struggling to find a property to make an offer on. Without Matthew's efforts our sale would probably have collapsed.
   The post sales service was excellent; Matthew and Roy regularly liaised with all parties and kept us posted through to completion.
   A great team, professional and proactive - highly recommended.

    Been living in Staines for several years so when i decided to sell my renovated victorian house i knew it was best to
    contact the independent estate agents ..
    There was a choice of two and after they both have viewed my property i decided on ISIS , which turned out to be the correct choice .
    Even though the property was a beautiful victorian cottage , the location being next to an engineering works presented a problem to some prospective buyers .
    Isis were very good in pointing out the postive points of the cottage and resulted in a sale within a few weeks . There was an offer on the 1st viewing but this was too low .
    More importantly to me is the after sales service of dealing with lawyers and finanacial institutions upto to completion .This all went satisfactory .
    I would highly recommend ISIS and have done to friends .
    There staff work as a team and are all helpful and mature in that they care about what they do

    ISIS Residential Homes has been my letting agent for the last 8 years and even though each year I have had countless of calls from other agents offering their services, I rest assured that ISIS takes care of my ever needs, I would highly recommend ISIS to any Landlord for fast and effective letting, each year I have never had a issue with letting my property and the speedy customer service offered is excellent. He is the most helpful and considerate person I have come across in the world of property lettings.     Following numerous attempts in the past to sell our property through multi national agents to no avail we decided to use an independant to see if the service was any better. We took the plunge and instructed steven and his team to see if they could manage what no other agent had in staines.

    Within a day we had our first viewing which went well the agent contacted us and said the individual would like a second viewing which was arranged.

    Following our second viewing we where under offer we where amazed how quick they found a buyer we completed in january 2013 throughout the sale they kept us fully informed and went above and beyond
    I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling many thanks guys for all your hardwork.

    “There is a phrase from an old advert that comes to mind when I think of ISIS “Nice people to do business with!”
    Just recently I have had a lot of dealings with Estate Agents both selling and as in this case as a buyer, whilst having no issues with any of the others, I am somewhat jaded by the whole experience.

    Communication all the way along has been excellent. We have found them approachable and friendly at all times. As first time landlords we feel that they advised us well and helped us with regard to getting the property ready to rent and arranging for a thorough inventory. Their tenancy agreement appears well thought out, including clauses about ventilation. They have just carried out their fiirst inspection and fed back to us promptly. There was a delay in getting the utilities transferred to the new tenant, which is the only reason that we have not rated as excellent.

    From emailing at 6.45pm to ask for a sale valuation with 2 replies back with mobile no & possible appt at 9.45 next am to going thru photos; measuring up;checking brochure and 1 hr after going live had 2 viewings booked; 1st 3.5 hrs later; other next day. 1st viewing produced ultimate buyer agreed 4 days after 1st viewing. All this in 12 days with a weekend snowed off in the middle.

    Does this count as a possible entry for the Guiness Records 2013!!

    We have used a number of estate agents for our property sale and the service that ISIS have given us has been the most superior by far. Roy and Aimee listened to our requirements, gave honest feedback on the valuation of the properly and have managed the offer process brilliantly. We had issues with other estate agents in that we felt that they sent around time wasters and we did not always receive feed back for viewings. We had none of this with ISIS and would fully recommend the company for any property sales/lettings in the Staines area.

    I found Isis to be extremly professional at all times. Amiee Bryett was able to get me viewings within the 1st week of it going on the market, it was let within 10 days.
    I recieved a report after every viewing and found that I was aways kept uo to date. i ended up with 2 at the asking rental rate and was able to choose.
    i have since decided to let ISIS fully manage my property as i was soimpressed by their service. They have been doing this for 2 months. Again I feel fully in the loop they email/phone with any comments from tenants and payments have always been made on time. I would 100% recomend this agency for anyone looking to rent out their property in the local area.

As you know, I’ve known Keith for many years since my Weybridge days, and Aimee [and her most useful contacts] is a real treasure. But then, everyone who picks up the phone sounds friendly and business-like and you all respond so quickly to requests and queries, frequently going the extra mile; such as keeping us in the loop whether or not there was any fresh news & calling us after the move to check it all went smoothly. We have already recommended you and will spread the word that the ‘Estate Agent experience’ can be a professional, creative and friendly one – but only if you use ISIS..

    Excellent service throughout. Friendly and professional and all questions or problems covered hastily and accurately.
    Also used this agent to let the property and found this service excellent also. I dealt with many staff members, not all mentioned above but all equally competent and efficient. I would definitely use them again and would recommend to others
