Horrible and disrespectful landlord. He doesnt even respect his own staff. They keep increasing the rent and threaten to kick you out. They refuse to send you a letter and bother you on the phone all day. They are scum. Avoid please................................................... Avoid

Rent increased 4 month into a 12 month contract. Couldnt call the property management company (myself since the landlord, Sunil, disappeared off the face of the earth) - the property management company couldnt talk to me since IRD homes/ Sunil had not paid the factor fee's for the building. Left with no television for 4 months.

Absolutely woeful. Nothing ever gets done, nothing is maintained, they brush you off, but keep on putting the rent up.

Repairs don't get done and they try to keep your deposit. Make sure your deposit is registered with an agent, be carefull what you sign.

Terrible company, increases rent mid contract, flat was disgusting, nothing worked and they like to keep your deposit at the end.

Do not use IRD homes or any of their company names, they are rubbish. Nothing will get fixed and your bond will not be returned.
