   The agent was very helpful and friendly at all stages of the process and always available to respond to queries we had. A very good service and much better than we have experienced in the past with other agents. The only thing that could have been easier is that it would be more convenient to pay for the deposit by bank transfer rather than in cash.

   We used this agency about 4 years ago and can´t believe they are still trading. We asked for a studio flat but were only ever shown 3 shared flats, even though at the time of paying the fee we were told there were lots of studio flats available within our budget. Soon after paying, we did not hear back from them - they did not reply to our emails and were uninterested in our calls. At the time we were considering going to Consumer Direct - looking back, we should have done it.

   I can only assume that the good comments on this site were posted by Interlet themselves. Stay away from them if you do not want to loose your money.

   I went to Interlet last November to find a property to let. I paid the £100 fee for them to find me a suitable property and to date i have only had 1 viewing which was totally unsuitable for me and not what I asked for.

   My e-mails have been ignored and when I did manage to get through on the phone all I get are lame excuses. I left many messages for them to call me back but they never did. I have now given up trying to find anywhere through them, I am just wasting my time. Save your money - DO NO USE!

   I recently used interlet and I was very pleased with the efficiency and the the promptness of the service. I dealt with Lili who was excellent.
   After dicussing my situation Lili gave me some options andexplained briefly how the service works. I paid £100 and within 2 days I found a room to rent.
   I would not hesitate to reccommend the service to others. Thank you Lili for your support

   This is the 1st time i go abroad and when i call the agency Interlet they want me to come to the office. I came there and the main consultant help me to find suitable property that matching my budget. I am a student to they gave me the reasonable price. I know its not that easy to find accommodation asap, so the 1st viewing is already satisfy me. It is a clean accommodation and its a good price for a living. Thanks Interlet I'm really please. I really happy with the service and the time saving. I will definitely use it again in the future.

   They're really rude on the phone. I asked a really simple question about a property I'd seen advertised and she was just unnecessarily horrible.

   It is really horrible agency EVER.. DO NOT go there
   I spent 100pound to viewing They showed one dirty place.
   It is totally differently from website images.
   I waste time and I waste my money
   They do nothing!!! at alll!!!
   It is a rubbish agency. I am really angry.

   Thank you for your assistance in letting my flats. I have been a Landlord with interlet for many years and I would recommend the service. As for the quality of flats, interlet assists with the letting of accommodation. Rooms from £80 per week. Obviously London is an expensive town. I have heard residents complain about the state of properties they view. Please note, some properties are viewed up to 1 month before the tenant leaves.     I recommend going through Interlet agency for any foreigner arriving for the first time in London and looking for an accomodation at a relatively decent price (at least, considering a city like London where prices for an accomodation are usually exorbitant).
    I can only speak for my personal experience with Interlet and it was positive. I had 3 days on site in London to find a studio. I went to the agency and I was asked to pay a commission of about 100 pounds. I gave the maximum price I was willing to put in the studio (300 pounds per week, all included), and the rental period. I was looking for a short let (3 months) which is not easy to find in London. My consultant Senait was nice, professional and helpful. She spent a few phone calls for me and after that I had the opportunity to visit a total of 4 studios before finding the one I liked at the right price.
    But if you can not find a studio right away that you like, Interlet is committed to seek for a studio until you find the right one. So you can visit as many studios as you like until you find the right one.

   I am a student and moved to London in the most busy time. Interlet was my first point of contact and they helped me find my new home. I was worried about all the news about trouble in London and the riots. Kerry assured me with the bookings she had for me. She spoke with the landlords and explained my situation. It was comforting. I met the landlord directly and Mr Kundi was exactly what Kerry explained. I was happy with the service and Kerry.

   We came across interlet after flat hunting - for some time. Their place to rent ticked all our boxes and was of a high standard. They kept in constant contact with us throughout the process. My budget was not strong, and the estate agents in Kensington do not deal with my price range. Interlet were helpful and introduced me to a great property close to the station in Earls Court. Thank you!

   This was the biggest waste of time and money. I payed 100 pounds for their services and got absolutely nothing in return. They sent me various times to meet people at the properties, none of who ever showed up. The properties were small, disgusting and generally uninhabitable. I would advise everyone to avoid this agency, they are a complete scam.

   Guies, Interlet is a scam agency!!!

   I was cheated by this terrible agency! I was charged 100 pounds when I came to the office. They introduced properties to me, however, they were either beyond my budget or false information, which were rubbish all. The property has al;ready been gone! AWFULLY, they told me one of them is very nice. When I got there, it is a room behind a row of large rubish bin!

   Never go to Interlet! Scam! Never cheated by the client service.

   I am so sorry that I didn't check on this company before wasting £100!!! INTERLET is a waste of money. What they do is they charge you £100 for an introduction agency, and that would be ok, but... Same day I was sent to see one room and one studio. At the same time they sent like 5 other people fro viewing. The atmosphere was thick as everyone looked like they will literally fight to get a place, so wrong! Studio was way to expensive and size of the box room. I called next day to arrange another viewings and been promised someone will call me back - guess what? NEVER HAPPENED! I am also not able to log in with my "membership" number. They are a crooks and they mislead people, let you think they've got like hundred properties every day ready to view, which is far from truth.
   DO NOT GO THERE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!!

   they charge you 100 pounds with the promise of setting you as many viewing as they can, truth is they won't. I am really disappointed because the service provided was unsatisfactory, because despite the need I had to find a room as soon as possibile they only set for me two appointments, they gave me wrong informations about both offered room (for the first one the wrong adress, for the second one wrong details and wrong underground station).
   The worse part is when I tried to make contact with them to inform them that I wasn't satisfied with the rooms I saw, I haven't been able to do so: I called more than once, I left many messages, they never got me back, they never care about my needs and what I felt about the room they offered. I define this a very unsatisfactory service.
   As I know the fee I paid is not refundable and it is really a shame because the service provided me is not worthing a single pound.

   Have used them twice and both times I received the same type of shabby service. I had to phone them again and again, I went to their office over and over, I only managed to squeeze a few appointments out of them and those with great effort. They did not return phone calls, they would try to get rid of me on the phone by saying that they would phone me back and that never happened. I thought that the first time was just me getting a lousy agent and as such a case of bad luck but the same thing happened the second time so now I definitely will not be using them again and I will make it a point to tell people to avoid this agency.

   Signed up in person and was given a number that I had to quote when I rang. This number indicated the agent that I was signed up with. This agent set up 1 or 2 appointments, was not proactive at all, and did not return phone calls -- I had to chase her. Left a voicemail once detailing the times and dates I would be available for viewings and received no response. Rang a few times afterwards and when I finally got through she told me she had been on holiday! Out of despair, sent an email imploring someone to help me. Fortunately this was read by a very nice agent who was the exact opposite. However, once I found a place that I thought was suitable, I arranged to pay the deposit in person. I rang shortly before leaving work to confirm that I would be there, was told everyone was fine, and it was then explained to me while I was there that the landlord wanted an even number of males and females. With me, it would have been an uneven ratio. Why this was not explained to me over the phone I don't know. In short, don't bother with Interlet.
