In London Properties opened its doors in January 1994 specialising in residential sales, lettings, management, investment & development and overseas properties in the South Hampstead, West Hampstead, Hampstead, Belsize Park, Primrose Hill, Swiss Cottage, St. John's Wood, Maida Vale, Little Venice and Queen's Park areas.

I rang to book an appointment to view some properties I had seen on the website but was unable to get through. I then sent an email making them aware of my interest. Following this I received an email from them telling me there phones were currently not working which I found rather strange and that I would receive correspondence by email. The email was also sent by a different name to that of the email address and contained no signature. Later, I received a phone call from a sales agent who failed to introduce themselves or the company until I questioned who he was. The agent was extremely rude and didn't seem to care as to what properties I was actually interested and started to list properties he thought I should view. From his tone of my voice, I immediately felt that he didn't want to speak to me. I would certainly not recommend the agency and will not be planning any viewings through them.

Do not let them manage your property.
We allowed these people to manage our property. They used it as an excuse to extort money from us without actually managing our property!
These people do not have a moral conscience and view you, once they have gained your trust, as a cash machine.
They engage in nefarious business practices and because they do not belong to ARLA, you will never get your money back.
Avoid avoid avoid.

Absolutley dreadful. As far as this company is concerned the more calls they can make and the more crap flats they can let out once the deal is done they could care less about you the tenant or the landlord.
Issues pertaining to the recent rental of a flat yielded a huge headache mainly due the fact that the agency was not even considerate enough to try and contact the owners on our behalf leaving us struggling to get in touch with the Landlord, and draging on issues with the flat for weaks.
