Absolutley dreadful. As far as this company is concerned the more calls they can make and the more crap flats they can let out once the deal is done they could care less about you the tenant or the landlord.
Issues pertaining to the recent rental of a flat yielded a huge headache mainly due the fact that the agency was not even considerate enough to try and contact the owners on our behalf leaving us struggling to get in touch with the Landlord, and draging on issues with the flat for weaks. Mainly pointing out that the landlord never purchased the managing agency contract therefore we dont want to know.
As far as they were concerned they did their job as the middle man and could care less about our issues with the flat in question. Just the shear level of incosideracy made me feel as though I had been ripped off royally.
I would stray well clear of this lot, they don't care about you the landlord or the tenants, they would gladly rent you out a 2 floor cardboard box as long as you paid good money to live their.
Viewings have begun to sell the flat 5 days after moving in ! Absolutely pathetic !
