No
IMS property staff i found were rude and never rang me back when i asked them too. Ive heard they dont promote the houses they have for sale as good as say Hannells who i have been very happy with. Avoid IMS if at all possible!!

If the property is not maintained by the landlord the letting agents do nothing about it. If you withhold your rent they threaten to evict you.
