My experience with Ideal Property Consultants has been horrid. Darshan, the owner, will not even returned my phone calls. They have lied and cheated on me. They got me an tenant from hell, even through I was promised I would get an professional. When the tenants left the property I found out they opened my bank statements and left it at the top of the kitchen cabinets. Add to add insult, Darshan nor his staff even bothered to come to the property when the tenants left. It took me nearly 2 years to kick out the tenants despite assurances from Darshan they will be out in 6 months. They made pathetic excuses. This showed their true colours. Avoid like the plague. Also their secretary Marie, I would be very very careful of her.
