Reasonable estate agent fees, good property advertisements and everything in set in place for a hassle free move in but that is where it ends. They provide awful customer service throughout the tenancy and agents very rood in dealing with requests and problems. Slow response to problems during tenancy (took over 3 months to resolve a faulty appliance) and an agent showed up to give prospective tenants viewings of the property without any warning. On completion of the tenancy keep back deposits for questionable items and very slow to return deposit.
