No
For finding tenants they are good but for paying you rental money they are shocking. They currently hold more than £2000 which they owe me and have had for a while...
I cannot believe a company can act in this way. Do not touch them with a barge pole.

Just like to add that we moved out our flat in feb08 and they've still not paid our bond, which is 3,300. After hundreds of pounds spent trying to call them, we found that they've moved offices and changed telephone numbers which only puts you through to a voice message.... Yeah too scared to answer the phone!!! We want to sue but not even sure where to send the claim to.... Registered address has changed........ aaarrrrggghhhh!!!!

Tried suiing them, don't throw good money after bad they are thieves!!
