    A worse 'service' could not have been provided if they tried. Failed to open bank accounts to recieve a service charge, then issued late payment penalties. New point of contact seemd to be introduced every few weeks.

    Maintenance issues roundly ignored. Rude staff. Massive anomolies in accounting processes, thousands of pounds unaccounted for from service charge budget. Even basic cleaning services not carried out.

    He helped me find exactly the right property for my needs and was particularly patient & diligent in dealing with all of the complexities of the rental contract and the landlord's requirements.

    Since moving out of the property in middle of March it has nearly been 2 months and yet we are still having to wait to receive our full deposit back despite having confirmation that we are entitled to it.

    We have to chase constantly and have been told a variety of excuses from Lucy La Rosa and Geraldine Bliss. The worst being that our request had been sitting on Geraldine Bliss' desk for over 2 days and that she had been too busy to process it. On numerous occasions I have asked for somebody to get back to me to let me know when this would finally be sorted and yet they have never even had the courtesy to call and do so.

    If you are a tenant I appreciate that the availability of properties is very slim so this review is unlikely to make a difference should they have a property you want. For any landlords I strongly urge you to look else where, if they can be this shockingly poor administratively and have a complete lack of customer service I would hate to think how they would treat your investment.

    SInce HSC took over the management of our building, communication has been extremely poor, calls are never returned, staff are constantly "off", emails take ages to be answered.
    All this may not be of much interest to investors - of course.

    However, repairs take an absurdly long time to be dealt with, resulting in rapid deterioration of the building - and devaluing the property.
    This includes an effect on the commercial premised below the tenants flats - including leaks etc.
    All this despite all my efforts to communicate politely and efficiently with them.
    If property owners are keen on having decent and good tenants - HSC is a sure way to put them off.

    I cannot see why investors would accept to pay for such a property management service.
    Geraldine Bliss in particular has been especially hard to get hold of - dragging out any issues.
    Sarah Quinn has been the only more active and helpful staff member.

    Worst property management service I have ever seen in my life. They claimed the flat was refurbished before our move, but it was not even cleaned. And you have struggle for each and every small service atleast for 3 months.... and finally you have to give up. no other option for you.

    After missing out on an apartment I was interested in Alex at Hurford went out of his way to explore every possible opportunity to find me a suitable alternative ultimately finding one in the same building. His personal involvement and attention to detail was unparalleled from beginning to end. Top notch!

    I have had an extremely positive experience working with Hurford Salvi Carr, One Britton Street on the recent letting of my flat in Farringdon.

    The Lettings Coordinator working on my property was impressively proactive, responsive and efficient, keeping me up to date at all times. My requirements and considerations were fully taken on board, and I was very happy with the outcome of the tenant negotiations. It all went very smoothly, and I was confident that Hurford Salvi Carr always had everything under control.

    My experiences of the Hurford Salvi Carr property management service have also been positive.

    I would definitely recommend this agent.

    To whom it may concern,
    I would like to give an five star review for the to the excellent staff in the HSC Britton Street office for the lettings management of my property in Turnmill Street

    David Salvi's staff which includes Angela Kelly and her colleagues have been very professional and efficient in their lettings arrangements for my flat. I am really pleased to have my flat looked after by HSC staff and will recommend any of my friends to use this company in the future

    I had the misfortune of recently living in a flat managed by Hurford Salvi Carr. We were initially mis-sold the flat and were told it was being completely refurbished - not only was it not refurbished, they hadn't even had the carpets and curtains cleaned for us moving in.

    On moving out they have tried to scam us out of £450 of our deposit with no backup evidence as to what most of the costs are for. This includes a fee for unpaid bills despite us providing all required evidence that our bills were fully up to date.

    Absolutely shocking service, their only focus is on getting your money (and not returning it to you). We are in the process of contacting the TDS against them, be warned.

    Rude staff, complete and utter incompetence - no one ever returned my calls in the entire time I had dealings with them. Plus they're just downright unprofessional. Bunch of sharks.

    I would never rent out my property through Hurford Salvi Carr Property Management. They manage the block of flats I live in and it take 6 phone calls and uncountable email reminders for them to act. The building has fallen in to disrepair under their management and has devalued substantially in the process. We now have many problems of broken doors and lights, defunct fire alarms and roof leaks. We pay them over
