I would never rent out my property through Hurford Salvi Carr Property Management. They manage the block of flats I live in and it take 6 phone calls and uncountable email reminders for them to act. The building has fallen in to disrepair under their management and has devalued substantially in the process. We now have many problems of broken doors and lights, defunct fire alarms and roof leaks. We pay them over £1200 a year for this dreadful service. I would advise any building owner to avoid them. I hear they started out well, but it is obvious that the company has stretched itself too far and can no longer provide an acceptable service.
