Came round and looked at the house, no problem. Said we'd like to go ahead and they came again to take photos, no problem though he was an hour late. I said they should put the board up asap as the school on our street was breaking up for summer hols at the end of the week so passing traffic would drop by about 85% until Sept. No board arived. The details came through describing our semi detached as a terrace, they had also missed out three rooms in the description - the family room, conservatory and 2nd bedroom! Absolutely disgraceful service - went with another estate agent.

I wanted to buy a property they had on their books. They were awful from start to finish! They told us they couldn't organise a viewing then when we were looking at another property they clled to ask why we hadn't turned up to view it?

We had sold our property and had finance in place to buy quickly. They had no negotiating skills whatsoever. They told us the vendors refused our offers because they wanted the full asking price then called up 3 weeks later after no correspondence to say that the offer had been accepted (by which time we had bought another house!!!!!)
