Told me that the original buyer had pulled out of the property sale for a house in B92 and that the house was available but vendor wanted a quick sale. We were FTBs in rented so able to move quickly. Agreed a sale and had survey done, then get a phone call one day saying that vendor had exchanged contracts with original buyer and that 'they had known nothing about it'

Suspect they wasted our time and money leading us up the garden path in order to push the original buyer into exchanging contracts, as he was delaying things.

I would never use them again. Very unprofessional! The managers are very pleasant, but the staff don't have time for you. I signed the lease and I was not told that they had told the property owner that they would not manage the property, but I knew nothing of this until after paying the fees.
