   I am a Landlord with loads of high end properties in and around East London. I have come across a lot of this agency's adverts with very low end prices for high end properties or at times pictures of apartments in buildings such as WIQ and Ontario Tower with a crap description with spelling errors, 'NO AGENTS' being the give away as to their crap because most off the agents I have worked with in E14 are happy to work with each other on splits.
   Moving on - if you look past the adverts and call them they sound like total nervous wrecks with no clue as to the best short let rates to offer - these guys are not even the smartest scam artisst out there in fact the staff who are using the company image are severely tarnishing the company image and more importantly insulting anyone with half a brain!
   THEY NEED TO CLOSE DOWN OR WEED OUT THE FRAUDULENT STAFF MEMBERS!

   These people were a disgrace
   I will never deal with them again
   If I had my way they would be disbarred if such a thing exists for so called estate agents

   Worst agents in docklands, they are very arrogant and rude with no profesionalism.
   They were more interested getting my deposit and knowing that my offer will be rejected,
   wasted my time and patience. Do not use this estate agents as they will promise you
   something and then mislead you.

   I recently let my property through this agent. While their fees were more than I have paid before! they got me a lot more rent than I was expecting and therefore worth the extra. They did what they promised (unlike so many agents out there) and I found them very prompt, efficient and capable. Thank you Hunter & Bloomfield!

   We were 4 students desperate to find a house in time for Uni. The team at Hunter & Bloomfield were friendly and professional and found us a suitable house and explained everything that we had to to as we have not rented in London before. Thanks Hunter & Bloomfield, we will deffinately reccomend you to our friends.
