No
I was a tenant in one of the properties that they managed.
At the end of the tenancy, they illegally kept the deposit, giving me an invoice for "gardening and cleaning expenses", despite the fact that we left the place in a much better state than when we moved in.
Totally unscrupulous and I would never use them.

Did not have any trouble with them. The prices, the quality of the appartment. Everything went very well. The landlord it was the best landlord in earth. I think that is a really good + for the agency as well. I get my deposit back without any problems. Everything went well.

I've never experienced such appaling code of conduct as I did with Huggins Edwards & Sharp from start to finish. They try to retain Tenants deposit unlawfully. They are rude. This list is endless, ended up submitting court forms against them!! Beware!!
