    Would you use the agent again? No

    Don't use this firm!!!!
    - 23 days without hot water!
    - Rude staff! (to a question about moving out at the end of my contract I was told to go home and read my paoerwork!!!!)
    - Kept my full deposit for minor issues
    - had to reclaim through dispute service and they decided that my offer of settlement was exactly what was required (a fraction of the full deposit)
    - HPM will try and get extra rent through deposit at all costs
    - very unpleasant experience

    Summary: go elsewhere
