I have just sold a house through the Northampton branch of Horts, and from day one was very happy with the service the company offered.
Omar provided a great level of communication, always very friendly and professional throughout. The after sales team, both Angie and Clare were also GREAT, they always kept me updated, and were again friendly and very helpful.I would recommend them to friends and family as the service was second to none.

I am very pleased with dealing with Horts as a company and particularly Omar who was always there at the end of the phone to deal with my queries readily for my recent purchase. He was always totally professional and went out of his way to help - especially arraging viewings for my prospective tenants wanting to see the house before completion. I am purchasing another house through Omar and that sale too is being handled well. His colleagues are also helpful when Omar is unable to be there. The follow up from agreeing a sale to completion is also well organised.

I sold my flat & bought a house through Mike Haig at Horts. The service given by Mike was first class, from vaulation to accepting the offer on my flat I cannot fault him. I am particularly impressed by Horts' dedicated sales chaser, Angie Hackett, whose tireless efforts kept the chain intact through very difficult circimstances. I would not hesitate to recommend Horts to anyone.

I have bought and sold property through Vicky at Horts and can safely say that they are by far the best Estate agents I have ever used. When purchasing and selling Vicky and the team kept us informed every step of the way. They do all the viewings and always give feedback. Well worth the money! Having had bad experiences with other agents in the area I would now always use Horts.

All staff are extremely professional, helpful and have exceptional customer service. We viewed a couple of properties with Ben Street at Horts and he knew our exact requirements and kept us informed of all new suitable properties. Once our offer had been accepted, Donna went way above her call of duty chasing the chain and keeping us informed. Donna regularly worked out of hours to hold the chain together and remained professional and courteous at all times. We received an exceptional service from the team at Horts.

I found Horts to be extremely professional, they always responded quickly to my needs and worked outside of ,normal, office hours to ensure an excellent service. My property sold to the first viewer. I would use them again and certainly recommend them.

Horts did a great job on my house sale - they found good viewers - in fact the first people that viewed the house ended up buying it, with a sale agreed within 3 days of going on the market.
Carl did a fantastic job - always responsive, kept me well informed of what was going on, and gave good advice on what to do when the chain briefly broke.
If I still lived in the area and wanted to move, I would definitely use them again.

The market valuation that Horts gave was the most honest and realistic of all the estate agents that evaluated the property. Horts were very professional and efficient as well as courteous and friendly. Viewings started as soon as we went on the market; The agents we dealt with gave sound advice and good support through the whole process and kept us well informed at every step of the way. The couple of "blips" we experienced (no fault of Horts) were managed very well, minimising the stress to us. We dealt principally with Dorian, Sophie, David and Donna, all who gave equally good service. I would recommend Horts to anyone and would use them again without hesitation.
