   Horler Associates worked hard to find appropriate tenants for my property, taking care to keep me informed of the results of all their checks to enable me to make an informed decision. Check in and check out is well managed and regular checks are made.

   Horler Associates keep a list of approved Contractors who are reliable and offer good value - so all repairs are checked first based on quotes and the work is carried out with full accountability

   When I first viewed the property I am now renting, I needed to move within 48 hours. Horler worked tirelessly to get everything done to accommodate me. Since then, I have continued to develop a good relationship with the lettings team.

   Nothing is ever too much for them and I don't have to worry about them chasing things up on my behalf if needs be. I have also been fortunate in having a great landlord.

   I would recommend Horler to anyone looking at a rental property with them - and I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their great service.

   My previous experience of dealing with a Letting Agencies has not been that great, being a first time renter I have been through many agencies to find the right property for me and my boyfriend and our two lovely dogs.

   Horler Associates were fantastic in dealing with us, we received all information in a timely fashion and Emilly Webb and her team went above and beyond for us to settle in to the property. I have now been renting for 2 months at the property and have so far had no issues.

   They are very professional and efficient and would definitely recommend this agency.

   Many Years ago I purchased a small house in Eton Wick through Horler & Associates and found there service to be both friendly and proffesional. Robert & Richard Horler were always on hand to answer questions/queries with facts and managed to complete the sale within 4 weeks!!
   This time I needed to rent my property out quickly in Windsor, Kane the lettings negotiator popped over to my property and I found him to be very enthusiastic and direct in his communication & aim to get the property to a well suited applicant for the rental income I required, 4Days!! later Kate had taken a holding deposit and co ordinated a 2nd viewing, Emily processed the references & kane had negotiated dates for move in within 2 weeks of the property going to market!! I would like to thank Horler & Associates for the good job they did which was communicated between all parties very well at all times!! I will use this company when ever I can , Big Thanks !! to all the team!! Best Wishes

   The team at Horler are approachable and very effective. I had a lot of support preparing my property for tenants and they brought in a high number of potential tenants in a short period of time to ensure I had no time with an empty house. In addition they advised me well as options and choices with tenants arose. Their follow up has been excellent, inspecting the property well within the first 6 months. Their professionalism extends to timely payments, and immediate responses to any queries whatever their nature. Can't recommend them more highly.

    The agent was hospitable when i arrived in their offices. The agent was extremely professional. I had the property up with other with about 6 other agents but I came to Horler last of all, and surprisingly they were the only agent to secure me an offer. The agent was fast to get the tenants in and gave good honest advice at all times. they were also extremely quick on email communication and kept me informed of progress at all times. They adjusted the landlord-tenant agreement as required to ensure no smoking. they were also very quick on paperwork and were well organised when i arrived at their offices. I also fodun this agent went the extra mile with no quibble visits to the house and other locations to pick up various keys etc.

   This team did not communicate within the small team that worked within their Windsor office. It was very frustrating dealing with them at all times. I would not recommend using their services.
