This estate agents deals in buying properties up North, when a customer agrees to buy, they convince them to go for a portfolio of 5 properties as the properties are cheap, then investing in London properties.
So customer commits to 5 properties and puts a deposit down for 5 properties @ £750 per property as a deposit £3750.
Customer buys 2 properties…and still after two years there is no rental income. Estate Agent says you need to buy your other 3 properties, customer says I can't afford the mortgage for the 2 properties already bought as no rental income and want to pull... (read more)
