This estate agents deals in buying properties up North, when a customer agrees to buy, they convince them to go for a portfolio of 5 properties as the properties are cheap, then investing in London properties.

So customer commits to 5 properties and puts a deposit down for 5 properties @ £750 per property as a deposit £3750.

Customer buys 2 properties…and still after two years there is no rental income. Estate Agent says you need to buy your other 3 properties, customer says I cant afford the mortgage for the 2 properties already bought as no rental income and want to pull out.

Customer asks the estate agent about rental income Homes 4 you does not want to know and does not return calls, on holiday and says you need to buy the other 3 properties as we have promised the Homes 4 you up north that customer agreed to buy total 5 properties.

Customer got hold of a few contacts Homes 4 you up north use, the North Estate Agent said that Homes 4 You in London are a con and don’t deal with them anymore.

Also the Homes 4 you in London take £2500 sourcing fee per property.

Homes 4 you is still trading in a busy local area, but have changed there name to Pearson Kaye, as lots of people are suing them, but the owners are the same. Vin Chitroda and Peter Chitroda, who sell you unnecessary financial products.
