    Just to show what a sham this site is and the fake review from Mr 'Frustrated in Dalston' , I thought I would add my own "review". Please be aware, all our clients are offered the best possible service at all times, even during busy periods. No one is refered to as "mate" or "son" as no one uses that vernacular in the office. If someone is on holiday, there is always someone to cover their work. If someone does "bid" on a property (we are not an auction house) all offers are dealt with and feedback is given. Mr 'Frustrated in Dalston' also seems to be looking to buy a property and rent a property from us at the same time. Alarm bells ring.

    Please be aware, to receive good reviews in this site, you pay to advertise. If you do not pay, a bad review is added to try and coerce you into paying...moral of the story, site is a sham. I have asked for our company to be removed from its listings on numerous occassions and contacted trading standards to report their murky practices as have a number of other agents.

    After a fantastic first meeting with their trainee negotiator we put in an offer but unfortunately he was on holiday and that's where it all unravelled. Having to constantly call and never having my calls returned being called mate and once son! The level of incompetence was absolutely stunning. I wasn't told that my bid was rejected, they said that they would call me back but didn't and I had to check online to find out it had been sold. Didn't even give me the chance to make a better offer!!!! Landlord lost out, potential tenantlost out! I would urge that trainee to get out and find a scrupulous, professional company to work for because you are head and shoulders above the rest of your supposed seniors. Truly awful!
