Absolutely terrible, contracts breach OFT guidelines - Unfair terms in consumer contract regulations. Reluctant to help, Poor level of written English. Be careful what you sign.

Always happy to help, seemed sorry to see us go and did not use the deposit as a way to make more money - in fact, they actually decided they had taken too much for some repainting/cleaning and gave us some more of it back!
