After taking over two property management companies we now deal with properties across Kent and Essex as well as other London Boroughs. This Estate agency is absolutely nightmare. I was looking to rent a house £1800 a month and they ask me for 6 weeks rent and 5 months rent upfront which is £10500 and rest of them in 6 months so thats 20k in 6 months. I can't even understand how stupid agents is working there. Never deal with them. They just will rip you off with referencing fee £250 and then will give you option like mine.

Good sober agents. No special merits, but simple honest service provision, which eventually is rare.

Excellent and very professional agency to use, i would not hesitate in recommending them. Got me a high rent and rented my property within 2 days of marketing the property

This agency is so unprofessional and do not have any idea of how to deal with peoples feelings! They take a deposit and then forget about you and stop giving any service! I was let down at the last minute and had no idea there were any problems! Will never use again.
