Utterly painful to deal with, never returned my calls, didn't understand the word negotiate, I only wish the property we bought had been on with another agent but unfortunately not the way it works, would never deal with them again...definately will not be selling through them!

Absolutely useless:
Arranged times then canceled on me. Gave false bids to seller. Their vendors have absolutely no idea what they are doing.

Couldn't agree more, bought my flat through them last year and they still had my property on their (awful) website 6 months later. I'm an estate agent myself and they are an embarassment to the industry, at least I deal with my clients in a honest and sympathetic manner.
