Totally unprofessional. They never return calls even after we made an offer on a property. One gets the impression they are overly picky on who they will deal with and take people by voice/face value which is a huge mistake as they could not possibly know if a property is out of our means, very insulting. We made an offer 6 days ago and feel as though we are being fobbed off though we have met the landlords monthly fee requirements. We have a deposit and a months rent here burning a hole in our pocket, seems like they dont want our hard earned cash. Why is our money not good enough? We are a new family and want the perfect new family home, obviously they dont want to help us and continuously give excuses about waiting to hear from this person and that person, we will find our home else where. Would NEVER deal with these so called estate agents again.

How hard can it be to return a phone call. Rang numerous times, trying to get a viewing on a property. Something going on here I think. Not to be trusted
