SOLD IN TWO DAYS ! full asking price. All the staff were professional and felt like friends when the sale was over. Constant updates were given, and what could have been a traumatic time was made a pleasure thanks to their upbeat attitiude and constant attention to details.
Maybe if 'Classychick' had experienced the full Hillier and Wilson service she would have come to the same conclusion as myself, as I certainly didn't have any complaints.

From the moment Tony Hillier arrived to value our house to the moment we were handed the keys to our new house we felt like we were the most important customers Hillier and Wilson had.
Having bought and sold through many agents over the years in the Newbury area we have a vast range of experience in dealing with Estate Agents and the team at Hillier and Wilson have restored our faith at every corner.
They have a very proactive approach and we knew when a conversation came to an end they would be doing the things we had discussed, in great contrast to other agents we have used.... (read more)

We have recently used Hillier and Wilson to sell our property and also to purchase a property through them. We could not be happier with the service we received. At every point we felt valued and respected and had great confidence in them to sell our property and also to ensure our purchase was dealt with efficiently too. When you are selling or buying a house it is so important to be able to trust your agent at every point. We have used many agents in the Newbury area and the great people at Hillier and Wilson stand out above all others with their commitment and proactive approach. We felt we were part of a team of people who really cared about us and our needs. I would recommend to anyone looking for a friendly estate agency who go above and beyond the call of duty to put Hillier and Wilson at the very top of you list, you will not be disappointed. A*

I recently sold my property through Hillier & Wilson and the service I received was 1st class at every stage of the process. I have had many dealings with other estate agents and have yet to find an agent that surpasses the level of commitment and professionalism shown by Hillier & Wilson. Lorraine was an absolute godsend and went above and beyond the call of duty to make my experience a pleasant one and Tony managed to find a buyer who offered full asking price within days of my property going on the market. I would certainly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future. Many thanks for a job well done! A+

Absolutely appalling customer service, I dealt with one of the proprietors. She was rude, insulting, patronising and made me feel about 2cm tall, a very nasty character indeed. I would never go back to such an agents, how they are still in business is beyond me. Avoid at all costs.

We had had a terrible experience with Jones Robinson as an agent to sell our own home, and were appalled by the behaviour of most of the agents we had encountered whilst searching for a new house.
Whilst looking for a new agent to re-market our house, we came across H&W, who were just starting up. Marketing our house at the same price as JR, Tony Hillier had a buyer within days. JR attracted no credible viewings in almost 4 months!! And yet our buyer had been searching in exactly our area for longer than that period....
