The property was supposed to be fully managed. Henry Adams failed to notice the fact that the tenents had re-decorated the entire property - very badly and without permission. When a claim was made for the costs of redecoration the claim was not upheld due to the little detail included in the report by Henry Adams and the lack of reponse from them.
In short keep well away from this company, they seem perfectly nice people and I'd happily have a drink with them. I would however ensure that I bought all drinks for my own consumption, never left them to look after my drink or gave them money with which to purchase my drink. As a business they do not have a clue.

Arranged a viewing, took the afternoon off work and they never showed up. When I rang them they informed me that the property had been rented out and there was 'nothing in the book' about my viewing.
