We had been on another agents books for a period of six months to let our property.. Although we had a number of possible clients no one took up the option to rent the property. We repeatedly requested feed back or even a phone call, but had no cooperation.
Within ten days of being on Hawkins books we received three positive offers.This was due mainly to Susanne working very hard at her job.She repeatedly rang us (even from her home) to keep us up to speed with developments and after two weeks we have a tenant ready to move in this week. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
So we thank Susanne and all the staff at Hawkins for their very professional conduct and great customer care attitude.

Great service. First used Hawkins a couple of years ago to buy my first home. Was very pleased with how they handled things so used their Coventry office late 2011 to sell. Can report the sale and move was a success and I've already thanked John, Janet and the team. Professional and friendly from start to finish...got a bit nervewracking towards the end but they did everything to get the sale through.....even doing what the other agents in the chain should have done. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Not sure what happened to the previous reviewer....they all seemed pleasant and professional enough to me. can't say I noticed what clothes they were wearing...I was more interested in the house sale. Thanks again, I've already suggested someone I work with gives you a call!!!

Thought I'd just say how helpful hawkins coventry office were when we called in. I'd have thought first time buyers would be welcomed by all estate agents just now but most didn't seem to be interested. Hawkins were very nice to us and even gave us a coffee! We'll be back...

Outstanding service from every aspect. Would highly recommend using them for selling or buying.
Especially the lady called 'Janet' at the coventry branch who did everything immaginable to ensure our house sale didnt fall though. She deserves a payrise!!..Was this review helpful? Yes

The service provided by all individuals at the branch was exemplary. With the dogged and proactive assistance from them we were able to complete the purchase of our home within 3 weeks. We would recommend Hawkins to anyone.

Dealt with Phillip Russell at Rugby during our search for a rental property. Very impressed with all aspects of the service-kept updated throughout the whole process, phone calls returned promptly and queries answered asap. Would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Phillip liaised between Landlord and ourselves to ensure necessary work was completed in the property before we could move in. Well done.

Highly recommended!! As a first time landlord, I was very impressed with this agent, especially Phillip Russell my direct point of contact. All the team were excellent. Always prompt with return of phone calls, kept myself very well informed, all along the selling process.
I will certainly use the Coventry branch of Hawkins again, and would be happy to recommend to friends. For me, the selling process was made as pain and stress free as possible.

Very good service, did exactly what they said they would do and sold the property!
Very friendly and professional service. The reason why I chose Hawkins was because of their personable approach.

This was the 1st time that I had sold a property,and felt very comfortable,with the way that Hawkins and there staff explained the variuos rules etc around selling a property,and there way of keeping us totaly in the picture all the way through the process,I would devinatly recomend them.

The staff at Hawkins went beyond the call of duty when I sold a Coventry property and dealt with a host of issues that I couldn't be there myself to deal with. When a confirmed sale fell through at the last minute though no fault of theirs, they got straight back on the case and secured a sale very quickly. They kept in touch on progress every step of the way and put real effort into marketing the property and ensuring that the sale went smoothly. They also maintained courtesy and cheerfulness in the face of some fairly stressful situations. The office is well run and the staff both very professional and human.

We frequently use Hawkins to oversee property in the Coventry area that we sell on behalf of Corporate Clients. We have always found the staff to be very professional and very committed to their service. In particular, John, Jason and Janet are extremely helpful and we have a good deal of success with this branch. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they deliver results.

Having just completed the sale of our house, I must congratulate the team at Hawkins Estate Agents in Coventry, for their Professionalism, attention to detail, promptness in dealing with issues and above all their courtesy. We encountered a number of problems during the sale, but nothing seemed too much trouble for the team, whoever was dealing with the issue at that time. They always made us feel as though we were their number one priority, especially Janet Godfrey and it was such a pleasure dealing with her. She is a credit in an industry whose integrity is sometimes questioned. We can now look forward to a Happy, stressfree xmas in our new home, made possible by those at Hawkins, and an office who we would have no hestitation in recommending to anyone.

Hawkins gave me excellant advise from the beginnig to the end of my successful sale. Not only did they expertly advise me on the asking price of my home showing plenty of evidence of what they had sold in the area but also provided me with a free marketing report provided by Hometrack.
The team a Hawkins were very professional throughout the marketing of my house giving me regular progress updates on what they had been doing to create interest and also gave me feedback after every viewing.
Hawkins successfully agreed my sale after a month of being on the market which is very pleasing considering the state of current housing market. The sale went through to completition within six weeks and again I was pleased with the communication with my estate agent who kept me fully informed throughout.
I would reccommend Hawkins to anyone wishing to sell their home and i would use them again in the future.

Hawkins sold my property for me, and i was very impressed with the service i got. They went out of their way to make sure that the sale went through without any problems. The sales team, especially Janet, were proffessional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

I sold my property recently in Rugby and would just like say how delighted I was with the service I recieved from Hawkins, I dealt with Sam Funnell who was courteous, professional and was always on hand to help from when I put it on with them to when he passed the keys on to my equally delighted buyers. It is such change to deal with a company who are reliable and trustworthy and do what they say they are going to do, especially in an industry that can be considered 'unreliable' Many thanks

The manager and his team in Hawkins' Coventry office were extremely helpful. We liked the personal attention we received: our calls were always returned promptly, our questions were answered and hitches were quickly resolved. And, especially as completion approached, we were extremely grateful for Hawkins' willingness to go the extra mile. They advised us on how to handle problems with the house we were buying and chased solicitors further up the chain when there were delays. Excellent service throughout; we would definitely recommend Hawkins.

We used Hawkins to let out our maisonette in Walsgrave and found them very professional. They found us a tenant within 7 days. A lot better service than we've had from another local lettings agent.

The manager at Nuneaton office Warwickshire is extremely rude and allows her staff to be rude too to prospective clients. Totally unacceptable and will be talked about at our property conference of peoples experiences. I'm not the only asian they were rude too. Hope they are not a team of racists. I will be contacting an estates lawyer to raise my concerns legally.
