Sales Prevention Officers! Really don't know what these jokers do for their money - they take minimal photos, their floorplans are non-existent or unreadable, they take a minimum of 3 days to return calls (if they bother to return them at all which they frequently don't), they don't do viewings, and their exorbitant asking prices and condescending attitude towards anybody showing an interest in their property seems designed to put off all but the most determined buyer. I thought my experience of Hawes must have been uniquely bad but a colleague at work has been dealing with them and had even worse experiences including a failure to even pass an offer on to the vendor. If you're a buyer then pray that your dream house isn't on the market with these muppets, and if you're actually serious about selling your house then please, please don't list it with them!

Most disorganised. Called 3 times to arrange a viewing. Registered all three times but they didn't call back. Wonder how they are doing any business.
