I emailed to find out about putting my flat on the market with them & they didn't reply. After emailing a second time they replied saying they hadn't seen any point in replying because they'd seen I'd contacted a number of estate agents and their rates were higher so I wouldn't have been interested. Very bad customer service.

I have never encountered such appalling customer service in my life, issues are never dealt with, you never speak with the same person twice, and they have the audacity to deduct huge amounts of money from your deposit for issues that were there before tenancy commences.
Avoid like the plague.
