No
They are the most disorganised estate agents I've ever come across. The staff contradict each other and no one there seems able to give a straight answer. The blame always falls on the "landlord" when the error has almost always been with them.

I used Hancock and Partners and found them most excellent, probably the best letting agent in the world. Not sure what this fellows beef it.
