They told many lies to sell the property. Next time I will be very very careful when I buy a property from them.

The staff are always happy to help, before we bought our last house we viewed around 50 properties and they were always happy to hand over the keys for the weekend.

And that doesn't worry you that they handed over someone else's keys to you for the weekend. How would you feel if an agent gave your keys to a complete stranger?
