Useless bunch. Have a lack of care and observation. Rude and arrogant and unapologetic when they make mistakes. Avoid.

Started off good. Then I seemed to get emails from so many differnet people, so the personal service aspect on which I was sold had gone. One month they didn't send me my rent monies, I had to chase them up, another two they didn't send me statements, again I had to chase up. I never received even a copy of the contract nor inventory when a new tenant took over. The obvious employment of inexperienced school-leavers is clearly one of their major downfalls, as well as being generally disorganised, inefficient and unaplogetic when they do mess up.

Appaling. After having enoureous problems moving in the flat due to Haines inefficiency I've faced several problems with the flat that were never resolved.
I had a flood, in the property during a saturday night, nobody at Haines answers the out-of hours phone and their plumber will not come out because not sure who pays the bills and, he also can't contact the agency.
I have alerted the agency for this problem several times since the summer and nothing has been done. I had no reply to emails and no letters.
Avoid them... they are terrible.

Failure to notify of visitors to the property caused a great deal of upset. Arriving home to find two men in the property having let themselves in to do a non urgent overview of a boiler, no identification in an unmarked vehicle.... no idea who they were, agent we spoke to at Haines told us whatever!!! not the response expected, a complete breach of contract and trust.
