   I was impressed with the attentiveness of Gregory and Co, and the fact that my calls were answered promptly, and sensible, reasoned advice was given throughout the process. Gregory and Co's experience of the Windsor area allows them to highlight benefits and pitfalls which was really useful as a first time buyer

   We purchased a property through Gregory and Co and found them extremley helpful and professional . Without Greg chasing all parties involved i feel it would have fallen through. Excellent service and both Greg and Shelley never hesitated to help with questions that we had. After the initial offer was accepted we had weekly updates all the way through to completion day, I would not hesitate to use Gregory and co again and would certianly recommend them without question. I have moved three times in the Windsor area in the last ten years and this was by far the smoothest.. .

   I was very happy with the service provided by Greg at Gregory & Company. Our house was sold within a week of putting it on the market. Greg returned all my calls promptly and gave honest and practical advice throughout the process. I have used Gregory & Co twice and have been happy with the service both times. I would have no reservation in recommending Greg Mealing.

   Having dealt with a number of Estate Agents over the years, We were very impressed with the level of service that we recieved from Greg and the team. From day one, we felt that we were being looked after properly, we always recieved a promp return of calls and regular updates throughout the entire process.    Greg and his team were excellent throughout the sale of our property (and I'll be the first to admit I'm not the easiest person to deal with). He listened to our every concern and need and requirement and always delivered exactly what he promised. Their communication was frequent, and they always return calls and emails, which is a breath of fresh air. They are fair and honest and consistently met, managed and ultimately exceeded our expectations. They ensured that selling our home was a smooth process for all parties and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again and would willingly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property in Windsor.

   fantatsic service shelly really listened to what i needed in a property so i unlike other agents i was registered with i was not shown or contacted about properties that were not suitable. Really friendly and made finding my ideal property less stressful, when i discovered a leak in the property it was sorted that day with one phone call. I would recommended them to anyone wishing to find a rental property as i am now living in my ideal home.

   Buying a home involves obviously involves many moving parts and people which over time build up to become a huge burden that can, if allowed, become very stressful. Thankfully Gregory and Company resist the usual platitudes and cliches and stick to getting the business basics right and do so in a human, dependable and trustworthy fashion. I was hugely impressed that on each contact with Gregory and Co, they had made calls and pushed forward conversations in advance of my questions. I wasn't left wanting them to do anything more and felt supported that I had a thinking partner who would act freely on my behalf to help make the purchase happen. Brilliant. This is exactly what you need. My belief is that "professional" is an over used and under delivered word with no meaning and that many comnpanies should look to Gregory and Company for the minimum standard of service from now on. All the best to this fabulous agent and thank you..

    As we were selling our existing property in Windsor and buying a new property in the same area, we found ourselves dealing with almost all the estate agents in the area and without exception Gregory and Company were by far the most impressive in their customer service, attention to detail and willingness to be flexible. As we were buying a property that was empty and needed a large amount work, we required a lot of access to the house to obtain quotes for work BEFORE we were even able to put in a firm offer on the property. Gregory and Company were endlessly patient and cooperative with our requests throughout this process, and continued to be knowledgeable, thorough and attentive during the offer & acceptance, right up until completion and beyond. I would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them.

   Excellent work, well done to Greg and his team, some agents never chase a sale once it goes under offer, however Gregs after sale service was fantastic and he saw the deal right through to completion. Would have no problem in recommending their services, very professional and thorough.

   I bought my property through Gregory & Company ten years ago, so they were the obvious choice of managing agent when I decided to move away from the area six years later and rented it out. They have never let me down in that four years - they provide a top service at reasonable rates. I just don't have to worry about anything - I trust that they will do what's necessary - and they do every time. They always find a value add you're not expecting - when I first approached them to rent out the property they brought the original sales instruction to our meeting, which was a lovely touch! I would recommend them to anyone considering using an agency to manage their let.

   Selling our house was a long haul, but throughout the process we had an excellent responsive service from Greg and Shelley. When the survey threw up a problem Greg was helpful in finding us experts who could advise us on how to resolve it and then negotiated skilfully between ourselves and our buyers to achieve a mutually satisfactory outcome. We were confident that we could trust Greg's advice and the sale may well have fallen through without his experienced input. We would have no hesitation in recommending Gregory and Co to friends and family.

   Gregory's team at Windsor have been, and continue to be so helpful. The staff are so "on the ball". They are completely professional, quick to deal with your enquiries and completely business like whilst still being friendly. Many other Agents would do well to take a leaf out of their book.
