   I am a tenant in the apartment that is currently being sold through Greenstone. While I cannot comment on the quality of their services provided to the owner of the apartment, they have shown absolute disrespect to my privacy as a tenant by arranging viewings at short notice / with no notice at all at inconvenient times, photographer coming in and moving my personal belongings, etc. Would not recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent / buy in the area.

Unfortunately, we could not find our ideal place with this agent due to our low budget but in terms of Customer Service, Dennis did an excellent job - very patient and kind Dennis showed us all the options available at that moment.

   Generally good service - Dennis worked very hard to get us the property and commendations to him for all his hard work - appreciated.

   Didn't like the unnecessary card fees - 1% for debit transactions gives us a £15 just for the priviledge of paying a deposit. And much worse fees for credit cards.

   They were very good at getting us into the property in quite a short timeframe too.

   The lettings consultant spent quite sometime with us.
   He managed to deepen and narrow the property search, property by property, willingly accepting our feedback, questions, complaints, sugegstions.
   He never questioned or abandoned us.
   Constant updates and discrete phone calls made the difference.

   I have been with Greenstone for hearly 2 years. I have been very impressed by the service proviced by Lewis, Rebecca and Kate. They are professional, efficient and feel my property is well looked after by them. I can also trust them.

   When my flat came to the market in Jan 2012 for rent., it was not initally my intention to put the flat with other estage agents. However, due to the poor service provided by someone called Johnthan I decided to open it up for other estate agents. He did not care and was difficult to communicate with.

   However, only because of Rebecca and Kate I decided to leave the flat with Greenstone and I am pleased that it has been rented again through Greenstone.

   Dennis is a nice man with good intention to help. However, he needs to speak slower and improve his negotiation skills.

   I am appreciate his help and turning up late at our flat after working hours to enable viewing to take place.

    Dennis had a very tough task: to find a property in my price range that would accept a dog. He took me on when other agents would not, managed my expectations, efficiently showed me multiple properties, restored my faith in him when two offers fell through and listened so attentively that he was able to find a far better replacement property sight unseen when all else failed. Houraya cheerfully took me through the paperwork process and insured that everything was in order to smoothly get approval.

    Dennis was fantastic as a negotiating agent. He was very transparent when it came to conditions and terms and was a fantastic middle point between myself and the landlord. Denis very efficiently conveyed our terms to the landlord which resulted in a very agreeable deal.

    Houraya is a fantastic support but was a little unsure on some details and needed some guidance when it came to the organising of paperwork etc.

    That said, our experience with Greenstone Estates was very positive and one that I hope will continue into the future.

    The agent took down my requirements and the visits were organized as per the specifications, the approach was very professional, organized and all viewings suited my requirements.

    With a very quick turnaround, the agent was able to get everything in place, despite the landlord being on the other side of the world. But what was truly unusual was Dennis' help with unloading a van. He realised we were in a rush, and just spent half an hour helping us. No reason under the sun why he should have done it. That's what I call going the extra mile!

    Dennis was wonderful in accomodating our needs. We are 4 sharers and very particular and fussy when it comes to finding a place. It was difficult to make us all agree on something (I didn't think it would ever happen, but he made it happen).

    My only down point would be Houraya, I understand she is new to the company however I feel as though I was more organised than her. In furture when there is someone who is the main contact she should liaise with them and them only - everyone was getting different messages from her about payment, references and the initial set up processes.

    Dennis - Amazing agent, very nice, very understanding/patient and listents to his clients. He was very practical in helping us with our search and provided us with options. I Would highly reccomend Dennis to anyone.

    Houraya - Houraya didn't seem to read the information we provided her with and would often call us at work for details and documents that had already been provided to the agency. Did not seem to listen as much and was quite slow in getting things sorted and making changes.

    Dennis showed us four flats on our first meeting with him all of which we would have considered taking for different reasons, and one of which we wound up renting a couple of days later. The quality and weekly rents of each were very competitive and far better than the handful we'd been shown by other agents. We were a bit disappointed that the offer Dennis told us the landlord would likely take wasn't accepted in the end - he told us it was due to us needing a short-term (6-month) lease - but it wasn't enough to keep us from going ahead with the rental. There were also a few issues with finding out details about what furnishings came with the (partially-furnished) flat and who is to pay for the cleaning of it after we vacate, but it seems these had more to do with our landlord (and a miscommunication with Rebecca who was handling the paperwork) than with Dennis. All in all we were happy to have him as our agent and would use him again if the need arose.

    Dennis did a good job in finding me a flat in the area I was looking for. I contacted Dennis months before I wanted to move. He remembered my call and contacted me closer to time of my move. I liked the first property he showed me and didn't refuse when I wanted a second viewing. He put my requests in priority and negotiated accordingly. Overall, I was happy with the service that Dennis provided. The communications from the administration team, however, could have been a bit more proactive.

    The overall service was good, I felt our agent Dennis was really helpful and enthusiastic. The slight lack of finesse when trying to sort out the finalising of the contract. The level of detail and accounts having to be provided due to the fact that both myself and my partner are contractors felt uncomfortable and badly handled. However the personalities of the agents could not be faulted and I felt we were being a good level of customer service.

    Dennis Orere offered an excellent first class service. I can not commend him enough for his outstanding efforts and commitment in trying to let my property. Dennis always made me feel welcome and important, providing a much more personal approach than most agents I’ve dealt with. Dennis was exceptionally professional, efficient and friendly at all times, nothing seamed too much for him.

    With such a cheerful manner it was so easy to communicate with Dennis, he listened and ensured that my needs as a landlord were met. He constantly kept me updated on all viewings and provided constructive feedback within a sufficient timescale.

    Dennis was superb with Simona and me. For the first time I saw an Estate Agent very committed and helpful. We were very short with the time and unfortunately with a limited budget, but he managed to agree a lower prize with the landolrd for the property held at 41, Glengall Road. We could move within a week from my first viewing.

    I am absolutely happy with the house and the location is great.

    Dennis was incredibly helpful in assisting my wife and I with finding and letting our new flat in St. John's Wood. After initially showing the flat to my wife on a Friday afternoon, he agreed to come back on Saturday so that I could see it as well.
