   they do the basics quite well, ie finding tenants. After that it\'s like a roller coaster ride. My tenants, sold to me as young professionals were fastfood workers who filled the rooms and destroyed my property. lack of communication, lost inventories, failure to reply to email (forged emails pretending an email didn\'t get through) lies, incapable of calling the correct trade people then trying to fob me off with their trademan - 3 times the price. false charges and trying to fill my property with any muppet capable of signing their name. totally disorganised and a disgrace

   Awful! Came and gave the big sales pitch. Then were unable to deliver. Hyped up their database of potential buyers then delivered just two viewings in 6 weeks!! Made promises they couldn't keep. Steer Clear!!

   This agent is a total amateur. As the landlord I was paying them to perform. Staff are lazy and once you hire them they never communicate. The negotiation process was extremely unprofessional. I am very lucky my tenants walked away from the offer! There are much better agents in the area. Avoid this one!

   I was moving out of a flat after several years and they tried to infer I had cracked a window which was already cracked, they said I had broken a blind, and deducted money from my deposit for a flat in pretty good condition. I found them rude and my current landlord stopped using them.

   Avoid this company. They have good knowledge of area and seem very nice. They took a large holding fee to take my letting property off the market and let me sign for the flat awaiting references then rang me to say they let it to someone else and this was a property they actually owned. Do not use.

   They deny what they said before to make you pay more. They say yes yes yes to everything before you get the property, then when you get it...dream on... .
   They're a bunch of 'joke' and lies. They just keep pushing away their responsibilites!
