Charlotte @ Greene and Co has been great - honest, thoughtful and helpful throughout the process of getting my flat on the market to let and finding tenants for me.
I highly recommend Charlotte, her colleagues and Greene and Co if you are looking for an company to let your property through.

Charlotte Adams from Green & Co agency has helped me to sell my 2 bedroom house (Crouch end). She was exceptionally dedicated to me and helpful through the process. She understood what I wanted out of this sale and not only offered me a comprehensive list of areas in the house that needs improving (which at the time were reducing value of my house) but also she gave me really good recommendations of how can I improve or to who I should go for help. She appeared really savvy and very genuine. I felt as she had my back. Her actions for delivering results are testament to this. I received almost 3% more for my house than I initially expected. But personally what really impressed me is that she would go out of her way and help me out with my

Kyriakou confirmed my offer had been accepted 6 days ago. I put down the deposit and 2 days later he told me I needed to pay more if I wanted to secure the property..... things didn't work out and he agreed to send me the deposit back. I have to date still not received the deposit. They are telling me there's sth wrong with my details - which of course is not true - and that payment won't go through. They refuse to write me a cheque which I offered to pick up from their office.... So not only they lied to me but they are also withholding my deposit - Those boys (cause they are not men for sure!) are real cowboys!

My experience with renting throught Greene and co. has been first class. The approach is both proactive and personal with requirements being considered carefully and a win-win approach for both tenant and landlord. The communications are Courteous And friendly which, makes the usually painful property experience almost a pleasure! Greene and co. have offered the best experience of nearly 10 local estate agents and I hope to use them again in the future and would always recommend them in the future

We were shown a nice rental property by greene and co, although as it turned out the girl showing us the place was a friend of the lettings manager doing her a favour on the weekend.
We liked the flat but from then on it was a nightmare. When I asked if the place would be fixed up before we moved in - usual things like a new paint job, fixing a step, repair a wall etc, the lettings manager asked me in the most indignant tone "WHAT DO YOU REALLY WANT THE LANDLORD TO DO? I THINK IT'S FINE TO MOVE IN AS IT IS"

Greene and Co out of all the agents on West End Lane, were always on the ball- constantly calling me and informing me about the fast moving market. they ended up renting me a gorgeous flat. They met all of my expectations and i would definately use them and recomend them to my friends!!!

Totally awful. Unreliable, disorganised, dishonest. I could go on! After a stressful and highly expensive experience with them, once we had moved in they rudely accused us of not paying some money owed. I left work early to go to their office and show them bank statements to prove that we had paid, despite this I never recieved an apology or even an acknowledgement that they had made a mistake. This is just one example of a large number of frustrating incidents with them. I would reccomend that all prospective tenants look elsewhere.

Complete liars and completely incompetent...steer clear. Even the head of the branch doesn't care what his team of wide boys say and do.

Full of lies and tried to back track on everything they had agreed as soon as we moved in. Luckily we had got everything confirmed in writing but a month in and we are still battling daily with them to get the property to the state they had agreed it would be in before moving in. Will never use again and would warn anyone against using them. It is not worth the incredible hassle and time. Not to mention the fact that many of their staff are rude and condescending.

Our experience with Greene and Co has been particularly frustrating. The originally found us a great flat, and Sean, our agent did all he could to get us to move in within the short notice we had.
Our problems started when we decided to leave. We asked for 24 hour notice before viewings, and it wasn't until I complained THREE times that they finally started calling us, and even then, we suspect they only let us know about 1 in 5 of the viewings they were holding. We came home constantly with doors left unlocked and open, lights on, and they even broke a curtain pole trying to force open... (read more)

I am paying almost £1500 a month to live in a property that was without heat or hot water for 5 days in the coldest winter for 30 years, with no reduction in rent and having been told by their emergency out of hours service contractor, that I was 'too far away'. I have 2 children and ended up with bronchitis.
Now, some 4 weeks after I notified them of damp in the bedroom, which has made my clothes mouldy and rendered the built-in cupboards unusable, I'm still waiting for a date for repairs after 2 separate contractors quoted for the work.
I have asked for a rental reduction and been met with resounding silence.
There is no approval of the works or date for works to commence. But I'm still expected to pay almost £1500 a month to sleep in a mouldy, damp room.
Avoid Greene & Co at all costs, if something goes wrong, they will try and blame you and do very little for their commission.
Absolute sharks.

Please do not use this agency. I tried buying a property via them, they have a terrible reputation amongst the other agents.

A few of them seemed polite at first but most of them are extremely disrespectful: giving notice of visits to my flat after having already made appointments with customers, not respecting my will when I say I can't have people around, leaving threatening messages on my answer phone and pushy texts. I appreciate they have a job to do but I am still living in this flat and I have a right to ask for reasonable notice and for my privacy to be respected - they just don't care.

The agency sold the house and told me to live before giving me official notice.

Don't believe a word they say, they are utterly incompetent. I'm not in the habit of contributing to online blog sites etc, but felt that other people should know what they are letting themselves in for dealing with this company.
This is just 1 example:
During the original viewing for the flat we are renting, we had a 'minor' problem pointed out to us and were assured that it would be fixed before we moved in. Needless to say it wasn't, and has turned out to be a much more serious problem than they thought. If they'd taken the time to bother dealing with it when they promised they would,... I had a very unpleasant experience with a sales negotiator at the Belsize park branch. He was rude, arrogant and patronising. He had no interest in helping me and was unwilling to divulge any information about the properties I was interested in.

I was a tenant with Greene and everything was fine until my landlord decided to sell the property.
At which point sales and lettings couldn't communicate at all. On 3 occasions I had Greene staff walk in to the flat while I was unprepared and on one occasion undressed.
They where impossible to contact regarding compensation and it took over a month to get my deposit back, and of course no compensation seen so far!
Steer clear, there are too many estate agencies to have to put up with poor service and inconsiderate behaviour like this

I used Greene & Co to let out my flat. They let it unfurnished when it should have been furnished so most of the contents had to go into their storage. They then promptly lost most of them and failed to inform me for over 12 months, despite my regular chasing for updates. Enough said!

I went to the branch to find a property and firstly the man was VERY pushy, as soon as I saw the flat he "said lets go make an offer" even though I said I was not sure.
What made it even worse is that when I went into his car to go to the flat from the estate agents, he pulled out his disabled parking permit when we returned to the estate agents he put the disabled sticker back on his car and parked in a disabled spot. How can you trust someone that does that, let alone in front of you.

I have only had good experiences dealing with Shane and his team; from when I was renting through their office to when I bought my first property last year (it was my top choice and am still really stoked about living both in the flat and the location). I often recommend Greene & Co.

I cant say enough about about Armun from Greene & Co Crouch End office. He found me two great tenants for two properties in less than a week! He was highly efficient,helpful and very personable and always had time to answer my many calls and questions! If you are a seasoned or first time landlord /landlady I strongly advise you to use Armun from the Crouch End Office.

Eventually the place was fixed up and we went to pick up the keys from Greene & Co - finally we had the keys in our hand... except, when we tried them in the front door, none of them worked of course. They were the wrong keys - so we called back to the Greene & Co office - someone would be along shortly with the right keys.... but no-one came, despite the property being a 5 minute walk from the office, and in fact after about 45mins we chanced upon the cleaner doing a last minute clean of the place, who let us in. On the mantelpiece were a 'Second set of keys' left by the landlord - nice gesture, and the only way we're able to get in and out of our new home at the moment.
....Since then we've spoken to the lettings manager who said she'd be round with the keys the next day. Needless to say, we're STILL waiting!!

. After 3 months of stress whilst they laboured over getting the problem fixed, we were told we had to move out for 2 weeks whilst 'major structural works' were completed. This was 2 months ago, and I've just received an email ordering us to pay back rent arrears - for the time we didn't pay rent whilst we lived at a friends whilst the work was being carried out. So here we go again.
