The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The service they provided was excellent and they were very honest and accurate with the information they gave. The staff worked with me and ensured I was happy with the decisions made throughout the sale of my house. The staff also gave me lots of advice with the purchase I was making and had plenty of time for me. I would definatley recommend Grants Estate Agents and would use them again, I trusted them and felt they were putting my needs first unlike some other estate agents that I met that were pushy and aggressive...

We have bought two properties in Addlestone through Grants, and have found their skill and attention to detail throughout the sale process to be first class, demonstrating a degree of professionalism sadly lacking in many other estate agencies; highly recommended.

I used Grants (Addlestone Branch) to sell my house and there were absolutely brilliant! From the intital viewing and meeting right through to the absolute end, they really did make the house buying and selling process as straight forward and as stress free as possible. They were continually on hand to offer their advise and expertise knowledge throughout the process and were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Grants Estate Agents.

Although I had valuations from other agents, it was Grants who instantly where more responsive to any queries and subsequently excellent at keeping me informed of all developments throughout the sale procedure. I would particularly like to thank Grant Letts for all his help and would recommend Grants to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property. Excellent!

We recently sold our property in Weybridge via Grants and the service we received from start to finish of the process was exceptional. The communication was second to none and we would pay particular thanks to Grant Letts who kept us fully informed of everything that was happening without delay. We have dealt with many estate agents in the past however none of them compare with the customer focused approach that Grants gave to us. We will most certainly use Grants if we move in the future and also to recommend to anyone we know who is planning a move.

I bought a house which was marketed by Grants Estate Agents and, having experienced the process, was subsequently happy to sell my flat through them. Appropriate advice was given and contact/follow-up was promptly made whenever needed by a co-ordinated team who always knew what was happening at both ends of the procedure. As a result, the purchase and sale were completed as smoothly as possible and I was reassured that my interests were well represented. I can highly recommend Grants for their personal and professional service.

In respect of the sale of my property Grants were professional, helpful, friendly and prompt to act. The sale had the usual stresses and strains but they smoothed the way through to completion. Prior to selling, I rented the property through Grants Residential Lettings and the service provided by this arm of the business was equally good, helping to steer me through the many rules and regulations around letting property. I would recommend Grants for both elements.

Very professional, helpful, knowledgable and did exactly what they promised to do. They tolerated all our questions and answered them to our satisifaction. Most of all they are 'real' people. Overall they exceeded our expecations. The best that I have found in Weybridge !

At a number of points along this purchase so many things could have gone wrong, however Grants (I was working with Grant) managed the whole chain including solicitors for all parties involved to ensure we did not lose the house. I would defintiely reccomend the personal serivce and the more mature approach, a refreshing change to work with professionals rather than the larger chains who seem to employ fresh faced graduates.

Grants listened to my requirements and were one of only two agents who didn't try to shoe-horn me into buying what was on their list, rather than what I wante to buy. I was kept up-to-date throughout my search and later transaction and was extremely happy with the level of professionalism shown.

After having several Estate Agents out to value my home I decided to use Grants to sell my home. From start to finish the kept all their promises and delivered exactly what they said they would. I have sold several properties prior to this one and have always found myself having to push for updates etc not the case this time!! Fantastic brochures and web coverage and "human" staff who have a real grasp of the job in hand. Highly recommend!
