Very pleased to say that Stuart and his team managed to get the property in question sold where other agents had failed to do so. Right from the start we found Grants to be up front and honest, as they were the first agents to actually turn round and advise us that we needed to at least look in to renewing the leasehold to help lessen potential buyers concerns and to get the best possible price. This turned out to be good advise, especially considering that out of the 3 flats that are up for sale in the same location, we were the only one to have renewed the lease and get the property sold. Grants also helped us to rent the property out for a short period whilst we were waiting for the housing market to pick up, which again they were up front about and never tried to sugar coat the whole situation. Basically, out of all the agents that I have had dealings with over the last year/year and a half Grants have never given me a reason to question their ethics and/or think of them as liars or crooks.

I have just sold my maisonette through Stuart Beauchamp, at Grants Estate Agents in Addlestone . Excellent service, very responsive, professional, honest and reliable. I can’t thank Stuart enough for his assistance, support and hardwork throughout the sales process, especially during some complex delays on my sale. I have in the past found other estate agents pushy and not understanding my requirement. However in Grants I had complete faith in their ability, they delivered everything they promised and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

My partner and I had very specific requirements about the area we wished to move into due to our working in opposite directions. We found Grants through a property search engine and were delighted that they were so efficient and helpful. The member of staff that we dealt with found us our ideal property pretty much straight away. He also aided us with the paperwork needed which can often be very confusing but was made very simple. This was a relief as we had been unsuccessful with our search with many other agents and found hidden extras in deposits etc. When completing the inventory, the property was not quite up to the standard we expected so the agent contacted the landlord who made the changes we requested before we moved in. The agent also helped us set up all of our bills and we can contact them regularly if any issues arise. Thank you so much Grants for a swift move and we are delighted with our new home.

I have just bought an apartment from Mark Jordan and Gareth in Addlestone, I then let it through them with the assistance of their lettings team. In my opinion their knowledge of the market was exemplary, and it was clear from the start that they would guide and assist me through the process far better than some of the other estate agents I visited; they were down to earth and straight talking, all which aided the negotiations. Some of the other companies in Addlestone appeared to have staff with little or no local knowledge and kept bombarding me with specs that didn't fit the brief! This was my first venture into the buy to let market, Grants advised me what best to buy and then let it on completion at the price they said. The service I received from start to finish was fantastic, although some other agents offered slightly cheaper fees, they appeared to be chasing a quick buck.
In all, very happy with my new property and professional tenant, and this is all down to the Grants team.
A very easy decision of who to use next time!

Everyone at Grants was very helpful and over the eight or nine months we were selling our property there were plenty of viewings despite a difficult market. We only used Grants to market the property and favoured them from the outset because they were a small independent local firm. We didn't have any problems along the way and were quite happy with the service.

In my opinion Kelly and her team continue to be the most efficient letting agent in the Walton & Weybridge area. Having let property in the local area for the last 15 years, I have used many other letting agents in the past with mixed experiences and varying degrees of success. I've changed letting agents when I have been let down in the past, but am very happy to report that Grants continue to offer me a first class level of support and guidance. All staff have proven to helpful, efficient & reliable and I am more than happy to fully recommend Grants to any other landlord.

We have been letting our house through Grants for nearly four years. We live abroad and took the full landlord service as we didn't want the worry of trying to maintain and manage the house from a distance. It has been well worth the cost, Grants have been extremely proactive, and have taken care of all issues and queries relating to the house, whilst keeping us updated along the way, we appreiate the attention to detail and would highly recommend them to other landlords. We are not in the business of being Landlords, but having Grants on our side has taken the headache out of it, during the four year period we have only had a very short period without tenants (a matter of a couple of weeks), otherwise we have had 100% occupancy.
The dealings we have had along the way with the Sales department (in Addlestone) has also been very useful, we have received very honest and current advice on the value of our property, market conditions etc.

We have been very pleased with how proactive our agent has been in seeing about necessary repairs to our Flat. Our agent has pushed the landlord for quick and quality repairs. They has also been very good with communication with us, keeping us up to date with progress of the needed repairs.

A BIG THANK YOU to Grant Letts at Weybridge, he knew exactly the house we were looking for (took us a few months to find one!!) He always kept in touch with our House search and when our "dream house" came onto his books we were the first ones he called! We were the first to view and made our offer on the spot as it really was the house for us.

Neal Aldridge from Grants in Weybridge sold our house at the full asking price and in the time scale we wanted. I would not hesitate to use them again. A very professional company that always kept us up to-date with the progress of out sale. We would use them again and may well be doing so soon as we plan retiring to France.

We dealt with Grant Letts & Neal Aldridge in the Weybridge office for our house sale. They did a great job of finding suitable prospective buyers, they kept us informed, returned our calls and were very proactive in following up interested buyers. We had an offer within an hour of the first viewing and when this fell through they immediately resumed viewings and found another buyer, so despite the slow moving market we had a sale agreed in less than a month of putting the house on the market.

Outstanding honesty and assistance throughout the whole process from Grants. A sensible initial valuation was provided (rather than inflated purely to secure our business - beware of that old trick) and then took the lead throughout the process of selling. I could not have had more faith in the agents and particular praise must go to Stuart Beauchamp who was tireless in his efforts to help us. I suspect other agents may have still been able to sell our apartment, but i doubt many could have done so with the good grace and exemplary communication levels Grants demonstrated. Moving is without doubt stressful however Grants were a significant factor in keeping those stress levels at a minimum. My wife and I cannot recommend them highly enough and we would not consider using anyone else.

I used Grants in Weybridge both for letting my property over a number of years and eventually to sell the same property, so have had alot of experience in working with them. They are a experienced team and I've always found them to be very knowledgeable about their business. The individuals I've worked with have always been very professional, friendly and good trouble-shooters when problems have arisen. As a result I was able to market and sell my house within a short period of time, considering the property sales market at the time was very slow. On the lettings side after putting up with horrendous customer service from another agent it was a breath of fresh air to work with Grants. I highly recommend using this agent for both lettings and sales and would definitely use them again myself in the future.

Not much needed to say other than Grants did their job and they did it well. I had a fast hassle-free sale - something which you always hope might happen but in my experience never does. Stuart offered sage advice in the difficult decision of when and by how much to drop my sale price when I wasn't getting any offers and Gareth then nailed the sale by advising me to request a lucrative sealed bid between 2 prospective buyers which won me my orignal asking price. Genius.

Grants Estate Agents was recommended to me by a local solicitor when, as executor, I had to sell a house in Addlestone belonging to my late uncle. I used Grants to sell my home in Weybridge and they succeeded where others failed. We had been with a previous agent for many months and got nowhere. I think they offer a much better 1-1 service that other more well known agents, you feel like an individual rather than just one of many sellers.
I also used them to buy my new home and they worked hard (with a particularly difficult vendor) to deliver.

The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The service they provided was excellent and they were very honest and accurate with the information they gave. Although I had valuations from other agents, it was Grants who instantly where more responsive to any queries and subsequently excellent at keeping me informed of all developments throughout the sale procedure. We recently sold our property in Weybridge via Grants and the service we received from start to finish of the process was exceptional. The communication was second to none and we would pay particular thanks to Grant Letts who kept us fully informed of everything that was happening without delay. We have dealt with many estate agents in the past however none of them compare with the customer focused approach that Grants gave to us. I bought a house which was marketed by Grants Estate Agents and, having experienced the process, was subsequently happy to sell my flat through them. Appropriate advice was given and contact/follow-up was promptly made whenever needed by a co-ordinated team who always knew what was happening at both ends of the procedure. As a result, the purchase and sale were completed as smoothly as possible and I was reassured that my interests were well represented. In respect of the sale of my property Grants were professional, helpful, friendly and prompt to act. The sale had the usual stresses and strains but they smoothed the way through to completion. Prior to selling, I rented the property through Grants Residential Lettings and the service provided by this arm of the business was equally good, helping to steer me through the many rules and regulations around letting property. I would recommend Grants for both elements.

At a number of points along this purchase so many things could have gone wrong, however Grants (I was working with Grant) managed the whole chain including solicitors for all parties involved to ensure we did not lose the house. I would defintiely reccomend the personal serivce and the more mature approach, a refreshing change to work with professionals rather than the larger chains who seem to employ fresh faced graduates.

After having several Estate Agents out to value my home I decided to use Grants to sell my home. From start to finish the kept all their promises and delivered exactly what they said they would. I have sold several properties prior to this one and have always found myself having to push for updates etc not the case this time!! Fantastic brochures and web coverage and "human" staff who have a real grasp of the job in hand. Highly recommend!

 and then took the lead throughout the process of selling. I could not have had more faith in the agents and particular praise must go to Stuart Beauchamp who was tireless in his efforts to help us. I suspect other agents may have still been able to sell our apartment, but i doubt many could have done so with the good grace and exemplary communication levels Grants demonstrated. Moving is without doubt stressful however Grants were a significant factor in keeping those stress levels at a minimum.  managed the whole chain including solicitors for all parties involved to ensure we did not lose the house.
