i am a commercial agent and my retained client had left 3 messages for them on a ground floor space they are marketing in ec1......all calls were ignored. I phoned up and spoke to a gentleman who had no details, would only give me info over the phone (fair enough but hardly professional and not exactly doing his client justice in trying to rent the space) then when he realised i was an agent he asked if i wanted a split commission which i informed him was not necessary as I am acting in my clients best interest. He then decided he would only speak to my client directly and not through any other agent. I informed him politely he was the most unhelpful and problamatic agent I had ever spoken to who was doing his client no service what so ever!
i am now going to do a land registry search and write to his client directlyWas this review helpful? Yes

Didn't return calls after promising to call back. I called them 3 times to see what was going on 3 times they said they will call back but didn't. When a viewing was finally arranged, they arranged it for a week after which they said was the earliest date, then gave the property to somebody else the day before. When talking on the phone they were rude and hung up on me. In no situation in business do you hang up on a prospective customer. Management needs to review themselves.

They are obstructive and fail to respond to any slightly awkward question, they also make promises that they do not keep, including the return of monies owed.

Terrible service had to wait 3 months after I moved in to get basic appliances! Staff unhelpful.

No hallway light for a month.
When we moved in the condition of the house was unsatisfactory.
Security in building very poor and landlord never available.
Had to pay for second set of keys, yet charged us seperate admin fees!
