Initially all was well until it came to references. Our references were good, but it took Graham's over two weeks to tell us they were having problems getting previous landlord reference. It took us 2 hours to get same. We got a partial refund and then an invoice for check-in fees..not told about this one and not happy as they seem to be very expensive anyway. We did not pay and the deal fell through.
