   Without question, Bola and Sharon are the most unprofessional outfit I have ever had the misfortune to encounter and unfortunately be involved with. The number of excuses and false promises I have received from them coupled with bounced cheques and fraudulent behaviour goes boynd explanation. Can anyone who is still involved with any battles against these two please update this forum, as I believe there is a way forward from here, however please be careful what you divulge on here, as I know for a fact they monitor this and it seems have also added their own recommendation.

   The only way to get an outcome here is by discrediting them for the sham outfit that they are and ensuring you persue your action. The Police do know of this so please contact them if you feel threatened.

   We gave Bola our property in 2008. We haven't had any rent. We had a signed agreement between his agency and ourselves. The agreement was for a year.

   Since we never received any rent we thought it would be easy to get the property back. Except it wasn't. Since the agreement between the Agent (Bola) and the Tennants isn't the one we (landlords) have. So the courts aren't willing to do anything and we are stuck. We can't seem to evict the tennants, since they only have an agreement with graceview and graceview won't pay the rent due to us. We are stuck and left almost bankrupt. Does anyone know what to do?

   There is a way of getting justice and its very legal and honest. Firstly, you take out a county court judgement in the County Court, it only costs about 45.00 pounds, and he will have to attend.

   Secondly, you write to every local paper, and national paper and investigative journalist that is willing to listen such as the Slough Observer/Guardian/Evening Standard and show/prove what Graceview have done to you.

   Thirdly, you write to Watchdog at the BBC, they are investigating him as we speak.

   Fourthly, write to Fiona Mctaggart, the Slough MP and put some pressure on her to investigate him.

   Finally, write to Micahel Mackintyre at the BBC or Chanel 4 not sure as he is an investigative journalist and he will expose him on national TV.

   He is not above the law even though he thinks he is, if the public of Slough know what sort of person they are dealing with, they will stop using him. He is not making his money through rentals people, his game is far wicked and evil. Tread carefully and within the law.

   Bola is the biggest fraudster in Nigeria, he is worth an estimated 20 million pounds, that was not made through renting 900 pound properties.
   He is extremely violent..........i have seeen him beat people into a pulp and is a fitness freak who keeps himself in shape in order to deal with the aggro he causes. I warn anyone considering dealing with them........DO NOT USE THEM.......he will take your house and they dont have proper tennacy agrrements, just a contract between yourself and Graceview. they are all smiles and charm at first, after a few months the trouble begins, by then its too late. In court, he convices the judge otherwise and they are lenient with. He is a very intelligent and educated man who knows every trick in the book. He declares bankruptcy every few yrs, keeping everyones rent/deposits, which can be hundreds of thousands..............the courts are useless to do anything. Dont even try and be physical with him, he will leave you half DEAD, if he doesnt his heavies will........run and cut yr losses.......he is dangerous and evil.

   I would just like to post that Bola and Sharon are frauds. Do not use these letting agents they will rob you blind. We have recently taken them to court and they have been prosecuted by the judge. I would suggest everyone not to use these agents they are very sweet but very very EVIL people. There should be very great hatred to these people and if you use these people you will loose your propety and the money and if you get tied up with them. Take them to court and on rent wise do not give them more than a month to recover your money and if you don't recieve your money stop dealing with them!

   Graceview Residential in Slough is the worst Estate Agent ever. You would loose your rental deposit, you would have to live in deplorable accomodation (whilst paying your rent on-time and in full), your integrity would be insulted by Sharon and your intelligence would be deprecated by Bola. All in all, please seek other better options in Slough for you accomodation needs, Graceview Residential (and staff) are an insult to the fellow estate agents and it is a shame that the regulators still license them to operate in this market.

   Hello, i have also given them a property and is due 2-3 months rent. Bola or none of the idiots employed will return your calls. The tenants are riff raff and they do not also communicate. Graceview residential is a scam. I'm not a liar I'm happy to provide my details and proof too.

    Even if they give you free service, DO NOT USE THEM! They never return your calls. Always pay you rents late (3 months or more) and even then you are the one that has chase them up. They do not like you to communicate with the tennants, as the tennants and agents are working together. The people that work there are unprofessional, like bola and sharon. I would never reccommend this agent to anyone. I strongly advise the public to stay away from this agent.

    Mr. BA and SK must not be trusted. I guaranteee you would be disappointed either as a Landlord or a Tennant with Graceview's services. Besides the fact that you would lose some money, you would definately be insulted in addition. Please find other reputable estate agents for you needs or business. Besides, Mr. A is bankrupt, why would you want to throw money in the direction of a Bankrupt person without any morals or scruples?

    Bola and Sharon are two peas in a pod. They have absolutely no scruples and will lie and cheat anyone. I rented my house to Bola in 2000 and had to take him to court to get it back. During that time they refused to pay me for up to four months at a time. Bola even insisted that the tenants not speak to me to the point where he called me to say that he ' owns' his tenants and there was no point in my in my trying to contact them.

    In the end I took him to ccourt where in he lied and lost.. to date I have not seen a penny of the thousands he owes me and of course his tenants moved out with my furniture... I guess the moral of the story is.. who protects the landlord.. ps.. just noticed a bankuptcy order aginst him filed in 2007.. hopefully he will stay out of business, but I doubt that very much

    These guys are crooks and liars, dont trust Bola or Sharon they are both the same and are both there just to mess you around - they perform no credit checks on their tenants. Pay the extra and stick with a reputable firm.

    These people are liars. Never use them. All the tenants are equally bad. Bola Adeyoola is one of a biggest fraudester in Nigeria.
