    Would you use the agent again? No

    I gave them my property to let out, I was very dissapointed by the lack of professional approach with which they handled my potfolio. Referencing for prospective tenant was not done, even though they would claim that homlet would be used. It took them time to reply to my email, and most upsetting is that they keep coming up with a lot of hidden charges. I finally took my properties away from them.
    poor customer service, lack of professional approach, lack of urgency, alot of lies and deception when it comes to te product they offer. please avoid them
