Having dealt with Glen Flegg for a few years now, and with a tenant leaving end of last year, they were quick to find and install a new tenant with minimum delays. In all my dealings with this firm, partcualry Jan and Nick, they have been excellent, professional and pleasant to deal with, and I have complete confidnnce in them looking after my interests as a landlord.

We let our flat out for 18 months with Glenn Flegg & Co and then later sold it through them too. We found their service, both in management of the property while it was being rented, and everything involved in the sale, to be excellent. Our whole experience was not without problems - tricky tenants, a sale that fell through and another sale that was delayed for some time. Glenn Flegg kept us informed throughout. They chased solicitors on our behalf, advised us on recouping money from our tenants deposit and always had potential buyers and tenants waiting for viewings when things fell through. No mean feat in such a difficult market. Ben and Jan were especially good - always returning phone calls and giving us a realistic expectations on price, time frame and the quality of buyers/tenants. We would certainly use them again. We found their service to be head and shoulders above other estate agents that we have used previously. Highly recommend.

I would like to compliment the fine work done by the enthusiastic staff at Glenn Flegg. I have used them to rent my house for the last six years. They are courteous, diligent and very helpful in their dealings with me and my tenents. I live abroad and need to be able to trust an agent, to take care of all aspects of house rental on my behalf. They have acheived this to my total satisfaction and I intend to use their services for many years to come. Well done!

I purchased my property through Glenn Flegg. While going through the process I was 7 months pregnant and a first time buyer. We were extremely happy with the service we received. Were always up dated with each step by Benn Flegg and collegues.

Great service throughout the sale of our flat. it was a rental property and advice was given as to renovations to help sale - also a hanyman was recommended who was also very good. Kept me informed throughout the sale and overall were a pleasure to deal with. We had previously had the flat for sale with two "chain" estate agents, both gave very poor service in comparison. We also had our flat rented through Glenn flegg - their rental team are also excellent. Would thoroughly recommend them.

I have used Glenn Flegg for years to help me rent my flat in Langley and then this year used the sales team to help me sell the property. Ben Flegg and his team were fantastic throughout the whole process of the sale. Ben in particular was brilliant when the first buyer very rudely pulled out (no fault of Glenn Flegg) and by the end of that day he had found me a far better buyer. The sales team were very knowledgeable, always on top of what was happening with the buyers and very instrumental in helping complete the final sale. I would highly recommend using Ben and his sales team.

My contact with Glenn Flegg & Co was Lee Evans, who we first met when we viewed the property for the first time. He was punctual, helpful and efficient. It was a very long road to completion and Lee was fantastic all the way, giving advice and keeping everybody in the loop. If at anytime Lee was not available the other staff at Glenn Flegg were very helpful.

I contacted Glenn Flegg to find me a 3 bed house whilst I was still living in France. They liaised with me frequently and found somewhere very quickly. My e-mails and phone calls have always been returned promptly and the service we received was of a very high standard. I felt that they genuienly cared about my family as tenants and not just about supporting the Landlord. Whenever anything needed fixing or replacing it was done very quickly. Jan, I can't thank you enough for your amazing capacity to stay calm when I needed this to happen. I have been renting properties for over 20 years and I would say that they have been the most professional and generally lovely bunch of people. I would highly reccommend Glenn Flegg to any tenant and Landlord.

I have dealt with Nick for 3 years and currently rent out two properties via Glenn Flegg. I have been happy with the service provided and with the staff especially Jan and Rachel have both been very helpfull and good natured. I had to recently evict one of my tenant (through no fault on GF part) and was releived that they had carried out all the paper work in good order and correctly which meant that the eviction process was carried out smoothly. Without this the whole process could have been a complete nightmare. They have just rented out both properties again for me and managed to generate a hihn number of viewings. I would have no problem recommending them to others

Superb service - they let my property in record time for more rent than it had previously.
Their office is efficient (at last someone who uses e-mail!) and they kept me well informed throughout.This is the first time I have used Glenn Flegg so I am unable to comment on how they deal with things at the end of a tenancy but at the start they seem excellent.

I have used Glenn Flegg to find tenants for my property. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are highly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. In only 1 day, they already had 3 arranged viewings and in less than 2 weeks they found a selection of suitable tenants including my current tenant and got the rent I asked for. They always kept me informed and gave me feedback about the viewings and communication has been fantastic. After a bad experience with a rogue trader estate agent, Glenn Flegg has been an absolutely blessing. Nick, Rachel and Jan have been absolutely fantastic!

I have used this company for many years to rent my properties out.
I dont think it is fair to critiscise them on the basis that they do not have an office 5 minutes away from the property they are advertising. I have used them when they did have offices in other areas, and even when the offices have closed or moved, the service they provide has NEVER decreased in quality.
They always have time for your calls and are keen to keep you updated on any movement/ development on the rental of properties.
I find it pretty petty that someone has written about a company they know nothing about. They have an office in the SL area and cover the SL area.Was this review helpful? Yes

Flegg are deceitful. They claim to have 5 branches whereby they also have a series of separate numbers and email addresses which all lead to the same office in Burnham. We were looking for property in Maidenhead and whilst in the area called them to see where they were based. I was told that the office is no longer open. After speaking to the other local agents they were unaware of Flegg ever operating in the area. I got the same answer when I spoke with the Windsor agents.
They shouldn’t be providing me with false or dishonest information. In showing all these different numbers and email addresses they lead me on to think that they could assist me other areas where in fact this was not true.

Very happy with the service I've received / continue to receive from Glenn Flegg (have used their services for approx 7 years and will continue to do so).
All the staff that I've spoken have been very friendly and professional, they have never made me feel like that any questions I've asked are stupid ones.
When recently finding a new tenant for me they regularly kept me up to date in regards to progress and ensured they left messages for me via voicemail and email if they were unable to speak to me.

Glenn Flegg have been my letting agent for a couple of years and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have had a couple of difficult ‘situations’ (not of their doing) and their advice and support has been exemplary. The added bonus is they are really nice people to deal with, Nick (Partner) is very professional and knowledgeable and Jan (Lettings Manager) is an asset to the company.
If you are looking for a letting agent in this area then from my experience you cannot go wrong with Glenn Flegg.

I used Glenn Flegg to handle the sale of my elderly mother's house. It was extremely important that the sale went through quickly & smoothly, so that my mum could be moved closer to her family. The team at Glenn Flegg's were not only very professional but also sympathetic & understanding of our situation. The sale was completed successfully and my mum is now happily settled in Devon. I chose Glenn Flegg because I knew they were an excellent company, having sold my own house through them some time ago. From first-hand experience I can honestly say that they have built up & maintained the highest of standards over the years. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

This review I'm writing is for me the first of its kind.
I decided to choose Glenn Flegg & co simply because I had used them in the past roughly 15 years ago and even then it was without a problem.
Moving forward to the present time I can honestly say only positive things over how they conducted themselves.

We have used many agents over the past 5 years & found Glenn Flegg to be very good. We had dealings mainly with Rachel & Nick.
There were some early on issues & difficulties obtaining keys due to them being with contractors but it was all resolved in the end & you can't ask much more than that.

My experience has been thoroughly positive. I appointed Glenn Flegg to secure a tenant at very short notice to do the full management service for me and then went abroad for several months. In my absence they secured a very suitable tenant, completed all the formalities and paperwork, did the necessary legal checks, moved a tenant in and then collected the rent. They managed minor issues arising from the tenant with sensitivity and professionalism. All the staff are very efficient and always respond to emails and telephone calls on the same day. Their paperwork and payment process is solid.
I would definatley recommend them to anyone else looking for a letting agent.

 that I could say about Glenn Flegg the one that stands out the most is the feeling of confidence that I can leave my property in their hands to run it. I simply don't have the time to manage the property myself. I have the perfect balance between being kept informed on the important issues that need my attention and being left alone to get on with my busy life.

I have used Glenn Flegg for over a year now having switched from another agent. Jan at Glenn Flegg has been phenomenal - I can't recommend her enough. I've had several issues with my flat which she's handled brilliantly - she's so professional, friendly and supportive which is what you need in stressful situations. I've had quite a few issues unfortunately and she's handled them all brilliantly, especially when i was recently out of the country for a few months.
Really great customer service - if you want attention to detail and quality service then make sure you ask for Jan at Glenn & Flegg, she's fantastic.

When I started my property search I registered with several agents. Within an hour I had heard from Stuart of Glenn Flegg & Co. in Burnham with details of various properties that all met my requirements. I replied to their email stating the properties I would like to view and the dates and times I would be available. About an hour after that I received a call with confirmation that all my viewings had been arranged for me. I met the negotiator (Stuart) at the properties and times we had arranged and found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. After about a week and several properties later I had an offer accepted and within 5 weeks I had moved into my beautiful new home. I would highly recommend Glenn Flegg & Co. as they have been very helpful and professional from start to finish and will no doubt be using them again in the future!

After a terrible experience with Berkshire Property Services (BPS) I turned to Glen Flegg to rent out my property. If only I had gone to them first. They have proved to be an excellent choice; very professional and easy to deal with. I would recommend this agent again and again as they have restored my faith in letting agents. As a new landlady to be, I decided to interview all prospective agents in the locality. Many had pros and cons but with Glenn Flegg there weren't any cons! Above all they demonstrated a positive & proactive work ethic and I knew that I would be in safe hands.
My flat was snapped up after the first viewing which was brilliant news, especially when by contrast other agents' boards were still outside the properties in my road, without them managing to get tenants over a period of 5 weeks.
Glenn Flegg communicated openly and frequently and have expertly managed my property and all due processes following the let. I'm extremely happy with the service and courtesy extended to me and the fact I have such a high quality tenant in my flat.

We were very impressed by the friendly professional service Glenn Flegg provided. It started with an honest and fair appraisal of our house and its value, through to the very dedicated sales team who so expertly promoted our house to the potential buyers. Onto negotiating with all interested parties to maximise the sale price of the property.
By making sure that they attended every viewing of house and providing feedback after each visit, keeping us fully involved and updated throughout the whole process, ensured our house was sold quickly.
On the buying side we are very grateful to the Burnham office, which constantly provided us information on houses for sale in the area, and any changes to the houses that we had shown interest in.

Selling a house after a death in the family is never easy and after interviewing 3 agents I was pleased that after appointing Fleggs, they delivered in terms of promised viewings and general advice. When we chose to sell our house the market was not really at its best and we had some quite significant concerns. But when we approached Mitchell at the Burnham office of Glenn Flegg & Co. not only did he allay our concerns but he was knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly accurate in his valuation and assessment of our needs.
Mitchell provided not just an efficient and communicative service but he was true to his initial advice and assessment to provide us with well matched potential buyers that led very quickly and painlessly to us receiving an offer that was at full asking price.
The subsequent exchange was equally smooth with only the most minor of hitches.
We have now moved to retirement in Somerset but if we were ever to wish to buy or sell a property in the Burnham and Slough area in the future, Mitchell would be the first man to call, and I highly recommend others to do the same.Moving house is no doubt stressful but if you can imagine an agent capable of easing you through it to help minimise this, you could do much much worse than Mitchell.

Glenn Flegg & Co have been my letting agent for just shy of a year and I have to say that for somebody that has dealt with quite a few letting agents before, never had I dealt with one so helpful, clear and organised. From being responsive, being able to deal with me via email, and providing me with updates on my issues (and I have had a few (minor)), I'm sure Jan dreads my emails that I send but if so, this never comes across... always very pleased and eager to assist. As a busy professional it's difficult to find the time to sort out some of the small things but with Jan at Glenn Flegg & Co I have no need to worry... ownership is taken and things get done! I would most certainly use Glenn Flegg & Co as an agent both as a Tennant and if I ever wanted to rent a property out in the future. They add the value that is quite often lacking in a letting agent - a refreshing change!!!

I sold my property through Glenn Flegg & Co a couple of years ago.The whole team were extremely professional, they arranged far more viewings than I had expected and accompanied all applicants around the property on every occasion., the photographs they took and particulars they put together were fantastic which resulted in a first class advertising campaign within the property news . The best thing though was that they achieved the full asking price and managed the whole negotiation process all the way through from getting the best offer to the final day of completion making it a completely stress free experience for me.

I met Glenn Flegg through his charity fundraising events in our community. I was at first a little sceptical in using someone I had met through such chanels but from our first business meeting my fears were allayed. His advice was to the point and intriguing to say the least.
